In 2022 my husband died and I had to trade in his Ram Ecodiesel pickup. He bought 2 trucks from them and our daughter bought a new Jeep. The used the same salesperson. They took his truck, his 2007 Harley Touring bike and I got a 2017 Jeep with latitude. I had to replace the front tires within a month. The backup camera had to be replaced twice. I couldn't see out of it and the side mirror blocked my view from the drivers side. I gave them $5,000 in addition to the trade ins. I still owed $3,000 on the car when I traded it a month ago. I found out I was the 7th owner! My husband gave them glowing reports! They took advantage of my heartbreak and realizing they gave me nothing for a truck they wanted to buy back from him a few months earlier for $32,000! That truck is still worth a lot more than they gave me--I just bought a Ram 1500 Tradesman at CarMax and checked on other trucks. The appraiser told me they really took me on the Jeep. read more

I have been going to Robert Loehr's dealership for 8 years to get my durango serviced/repaired I personally never had a problem with any service/repair ever done to my vehicle. Customer service has always been great as well the work they did on my vehicle. Last February I purchased a new 2022 Dodge Durango Citadel, that was a great experience too. The vehicle I purchased was at a dealership in Alabama, they sent a driver to pick it up pronto. I don't understand why people are having problems with them. This was the first time I have ever gotten service done at a Jeep dealership and not felt taken advantage of. Morgan was friendly, responsive, and transparent. I went for an oil change and tire rotation for about $115. They discovered a leak, assured me the repair was under warranty, and got it fixed without trying to charge me an extra dime. read more

Dealership does not respond to information requests through any of the links on the website or their chat. The dealership ( or at least the salesman, Mo Janjooa ) does not honor advertised sales prices and adds on hidden fees as well. Per Georgia law- While advertisers are allowed to put disclaimers explaining what is going into the cost of the vehicle, they may not try to hide the dealer fee by stating that additional fees may apply. This pricing requirement extends to any advertised price in any medium, including online advertisements, whether from third-party advertisers, such as AutoTrader, or on dealer websites. Very disappointed in the service at this dealership. Had a Service Trailer Brake System light go off on the dash of my Ram 2500. Dropped it off for service and a couple of hours later my service advisor called me to say that trailer brake switch and module had to be replaced. I asked if it was the switch or module that was the problem and his reply was that they should both be replaced. BTW, the truck has 57K miles on it. I asked how much the switch was to replace and it was +$600, in stock. I asked how much the module was to replace, it was +$700 but they did not have any in stock. These costs did not include labor, btw. I asked if they knew if it was the switch or the module and he said they didn't recommend swapping one without the other. After googling this issue and realizing that a thousand things could be the problem and without diagnosing everything from the rooter to the tooter, I could just end up buying thousands of dollars in parts and still not know what the issue was. I decided to go down and ask what type of diagnostics had been done (such as did they check wiring??) and they were very vague. Long story short, I wasn't going to find out from them what that diagnostic check they did. I decided try a practical approach and went to parts and asked how much the switch they had in stock was. It was only $55 (not +$600). I bought the switch and installed it in 15 minutes. It was the switch all along. I understand these advisors may be paid by commission but that was obscene what they were about to do to me. Over $2000 dollars for $55 and 15 minutes. This should have been $150 for this repair. Beware of these people. Something wrong is going on here. read more

I took my vehicle in for 2 issues. One involved an issue with my transmission. My car was kept for multiple days while a test was run. They were unable to replicate the problem with Diagnostic testing. Turns out they drove the car less than a mile. How do you replicate transmission slipping and clunking if you dont drive the vehicle. Save your time and take it somewhere else. This dealership's maintenance team is lazy and doesnt do what they are hired to do. Atleast fake the work read more

My sister took my car in today for a oil change. She said no one wear mask there... and two guys at the front door saw her come in and didn't care... she had to tell the front desk that she had a appointment today. And finally a guy came to her with a price list. My sister told him she has a coupons and he told her it's good up to 5 qts and my car needs 7 qts. Instead of just add on the money for the extra 2 qts he insisted she had to pay for the full price on the list which was $89.99 She then talked to the cashier about the coupons and he recalculated for her and she paid less which is what supposed to be. They have my vehicle for less than an hour, magically activated my trailer lights and confirmed that this dealership didn't activate the lights like I was previously told and fixed the recall. I called the manager, Scott to address the issue with them and to ask for a refund because they didn't provide the services they said they provided, IE. the activation. I was told no because I didn't bring my vehicle back to them. Now why would I bring it back to them to ask them to verify that the activation was done when they already said they performed it? I was charged for services that I as the customer had no way to verify was done correctly without taking it somewhere else. Bottom line is I paid to have my trailer lights activated in the computer which they said they did only to find out they in fact did not do that, then refused to refund my money for services that were not rendered. Then on top of that tried to charge me even more money claiming its a wiring issue. read more

I took my car for service there on March 8,2024. I inquired about my tire leaking air I was told they couldn't find a leak, possibly a bad valve stem. I was still having to add air regularly until I was able to get to a tire shop the following week. My tire was almost completely flat this past Wednesday. The tire shop told me that tire had been plugged previously. The dealership has serviced my car twice since I've had it. My first service, i also reported my tire pressure being low, to please check the tires. I wasn't told then that anything was found either. Why would the dealership withhold that information from me this time or the first time. If they couldn't fix it, they could've just told me that. My car is under warranty and I would've paid for any service necessary. Just tell me the truth. I'm so disappointed. I love my car. Things could've been worse and I could've had a blow out. I will not return there for service if I can help it.Does customer service not exist anymore? ps i bought my car there and that's how I got treated. I scheduled an appointment at this dealership to look at my car as I had a rattle in the front left had side of the car. When I took the car to have it looked at, the dealership informed me that the car was old and would start to rattle. It is a 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth with only 42K miles and I am the second owner. As I did not believe what I was being told, I went to have a diagnosis done at another company. The diagnosis stated that I needed a throw out bearing/slave cylinder and they also recommended that I replace the clutch as well. I also contacted the dealership on Monday to have the owner call me after 7 pm and it is now (2) days later and no return call. read more

Had a $2000+ brake overhaul done there. After only driving about 700 miles locally and then a 400 mile trip the right front caliper bolts fell out. Luckily before returning to Dallas, GA I had the brakes checked again at my destination and the bolts were replaced. Apparently the technician only hand tightened the bolts and forgot to fully tighten. Could have been fatal had I driven with the caliper unbolted. I will never use this dealer again. read more

They repaired my sons car with an after market part stating there was no way to get a Chrysler/dodge part because the car was too old. The part failed after less than 4 months. They refused to do anything to rectify the situation. $1700 for a part that didn't last. Customer service is terrible. Wouldn't get my bicycle worked on there. read more

Chris was a huge help finding the numbers we needed and perfect vehicle but he was going to be out for vacation when we returned with our trade so he had Johnathan finish up the deal and we were so satisfied I took my mom back a week later and she bought a new Jeep also from johnathan. No one there is pushy just trying to make a sale and everyone smiles and laughs with you even though they are not involved in your purchase. Okay, so I'm a little biased. I originally took my car to be serviced for a recall to Landmark in Chamblee. Big mistake, huge (Julia Roberts). They had my car for five days and never even looked at it. For a recall (um kind of important to do). Frustrated, so I took a day off work for an appointment here, even though it's a bit far from me. Pretty low expectations (see above), which is why I had taken a day off. They had the recall done PLUS another unrelated issue diagnosed in TWO HOURS. Very communicative and friendly. After an exhaustive internet search for a fairly newer used car, and horrible experiences with Adventure Chevrolet, Dalton, Ga., Regal Nissan, Dyer and Dyer Volvo, and Roswell Mitsubishi in Atlanta suburbs, I found myself at this dealership. From the time I got out of my car until I drove away in my new Chrysler 200S, I honestly cannot say one negative about the dealership. My salesman, Lydell, was personable, not aggressive, and did not rush anything. More than anything: he listened! The only thing they could improve on is going over the trade in value being offered and how they arrived at the vehicle cost and financing. To their credit: they listened to me as a customer and they met my requirements and sole request: put me in a newer, better, more reliable car. They did. I would recommend this dealership! read more

First time visit to have my Jeep Renegade repaired. Upon arrival to service center, it was to my surprised that no one had mask. There were approximately 10 people in the service area so there was very close contact. Dropped vehicle off, Josh was nice and had repairs completed next day. As I arrived to get my Jeep, I was sent directly to the cashier for payment and out the door to locate my vehicle on my own. Cashier said to go outside, click the key fob and I should find my car. If I could give the dealership negative stars I would. This place is a joke. I brought my Jeep there because the start/stop feature light kept coming on. $2,700 later, the light is still on. They basically didn't know what was wrong with it, and wouldn't tell me that. They just kept asking for more money to try to figure it out. I asked to speak with the manager and of course he was too busy to speak to me. I was in a rental car for 1 month, no one ever called to give me an update during that time on what they were doing to my car. After about a month-long internet search for a specific vehicle (4WD V6 pickup with a stick-shift) in the New England area, and coming up empty (or extremely overpriced and over-mileaged), my wife suggested looking much further south. Found a 2016 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X in Robert Loehr's used inventory with fewer miles and for about $5000 cheaper than anything I could find up here. Set up the deal with Lydell Bradshaw over a series of phone calls/texts/emails, and flew down from Vermont the next week. He arranged to have me picked up from Atlanta International for free, even thought it's about an hour away from the dealership(!) Lydell, and the salesman who handled the deal (Jon Schmitt), and even the kid who picked me up from the airport (can't remember his name) were super to deal with - friendly, personable, professional - all of whom made this one of the smoothest and most painless car-buying experiences I have ever been a part of - cross country trip or not! As was already said elsewhere, I cannot say enough good about this dealership or the guys I dealt with there. I love absolutely everything about the truck! And since winter came back with a vengeance last week (we still have almost 2 feet of snow, and it was 12 below zero this morning - March 18th) the 4WD and heated seats have been getting lots of use . . . read more

On the recommendation of a friend, I took my 2014 Mercedes C350 to Robert Loehr for rear tires. I had already purchased the front tires from eBay, and brought them along to have mounted and balanced. My car has staggered tires and optional factory 18" AMG rims. My assigned service advisor, I am told, is the best the dealership has to offer. His name is Josh and he is not communicative (offered no updates during my 3+ hour wait), though when he does communicate he is both abrupt and abrasive. If you absolutely must use this dealership (and you should seriously reconsider), request a different service advisor. The others at least seem to have a better disposition, though what goes on in the shop behind the scenes is where the real problem lies. As noted above, the mounting and "balancing" of 4 tires took 3 hours. When my car was pulled back around for me, I walked around it to take a look at the new tires and make sure that the correct sizes were on the front and back. The first thing I noticed was missing valve stem caps on the driver side of the car. When I leaned in to see if the caps were missing or just silver in color, I noticed that the rims were chewed up along the edges. Not on just one, or even two - but all 4. I pointed this out to the service people and they agreed to have the rims repaired at their expense, as they should. I made an appointment for the following week to bring it back for the rim repair and left. I made it about 10 miles before the TPMS displayed the individual tire pressures. On the fuel filler door the car states that the fronts should be at 36psi and the rears at 39psi. On the driver's door jamb, there were pressures listed for the smaller 17" rims that came standard on the car. To make sure the technician knew which was correct, I asked that he be told 36 front and 39 rear was correct. At the point the tire pressures finally displayed, the front left wheel was at 46psi, the front right at 40psi, the rear left at 40psi, and the rear right at 47psi. I turned around and went back to have this corrected. I was off work the next few days and did not drive the car much. The first day back to work after the tires were put on was a Saturday, and I made it about 10 miles down the highway before the car popped a warning that the front left tire was losing pressure - and fast. I called roadside assistance to get the tire changed. The roadside tech arrived, lifted the car, and attempted to put the spare on but the lug bolts were on so tight he could not get them off no matter how much he tried. Finally he said he couldn't keep trying without risking damage and there was nothing we could do but tow it to a tire shop. The car was towed 20 miles to a tire shop open on Saturdays. They used their air tools to get the lug bolts off, but not without stripping one completely and damaging the 4 others on that rim. We had to order 5 new lug bolts ($66.42) from the closest Mercedes dealer to get the car back in service and not have it be down until Monday. Once the tire was off it was clear that the dealership was at fault for the flat, the bead of the tire on the inside was chewed up just like the rim. Through this point the dealership was agreeable in trying to fix the issue. They agreed to replace the damaged tire at the same time they repaired the damaged rims and to reimburse the cost of the new lug bolts. I was really not happy with the idea that I would have to again let them do any work on it, but I left it the following Tuesday to have the rims repaired and the new tire mounted. Once this was done, I again was off and did not drive the car for a few days. When I did get the car back out on the highway, I discovered that there is a tire balance issue (vibration between 70-80mph, smooths out afterwards). I was charged for balancing, and I even asked to clarify that the new tire was balanced when it was mounted. I did let the dealership know that the tires are not balanced correctly, but I will be eating the cost of a proper balance. I will never let them touch any vehicle I own again. The issue with this dealership can be summarized in one word - incompetence. That they repaired the rims and replaced the damaged tire and bolts does not redeem them - that was owed. You should avoid this dealership because the quality of the work depends on the skill of the technicians, and in this case it is severely lacking. Whatever they damage may get replaced, but it should not be damaged to begin with. I realize that mistakes happen everywhere - but this was not a single mistake. This was not a single damaged rim, a single tire set at the wrong pressure, or a single over torqued lug bolt. This was poor quality work from beginning to end and poor customer service. Do not make this same mistake. Go elsewhere from the start. read more

I purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey Crosroad in Nov of 2014. In March it began to have transmission issues. I called the dealership and was told their transmission guy was out for the week and could not get to it. I was going to be out of town the same week so I left it parked while I was gone. Got back on Saturday and the issues escalated. I took it in immediately on Monday. I was told on Wednesday that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle: No codes and no light on, but that they upgraded the software and it was fine and safe to drive. Thursday it was still shifting badly. I had to work the next three days and had already made plans to take it in Monday. On Saturday things got worse and I called them to say the vehicle was now very unsafe to drive. Josh, one of their service people, told me "Oh well, we can't do anything about it until Monday." When I pointed out I had an 80 mile round trip including interstate driving, he continued telling me "oh well." Saturday night I decided since they refused to believe there was something wrong with it, I would start recording how it drove. Sunday I was on the way to work when I had complete transmission failure. It was recorded on video. As I was sitting on the side of the road with no transmission, there were still no warning lights on. Vehicle got towed on Sunday. They were closed so I missed a day of work and began dealing with them on Monday. I had to leave my car in the Honda dealership since the gate was closed at Dodge. They had to tow it from Honda to Dodge. They had my vehicle for a week and a half. I picked it up again the NEXT Thursday. Was told that the intake bearing went bad but when they drained the tranny they found metal shavings in the tranny fluid so they pulled it apart and found significant damage inside. Per Chrysler if the transmission has 70% or more damage they will replace it. I came in just under and was told but Matt Abernathy, their Service manager, that they replaced all the internals and the only thing that hadn't been replaced was the transmission case. Picked it up Thursday. Didn't go anywhere Friday. Went to work on Saturday. Noticed my back window wasn't clearing with the wiper the way it should but chalked it up to the drizzle and road ick. Sunday I had an emergency and tried to leave in it to find it would not go into gear. My dog was BLEEDING TO DEATH AND I COULD NOT TAKE HIM TO THE VET. Realized the road ick was actually fluid from my car that was all over the back end when I made it back to my house thanks to the kindess of a neighbor. Car got towed again on Monday, only 4 days after I got it back. I found my garage floor was full of transmission fluid. Was told the transmission pump was bad. How does a transmission pump go bad when you just replaced everything but the tranny case? Chrysler Customer Care got involved. This far they have be useless They kept my car another week and a half to put an entirely new transmission in it. When I went to pick it up I found a giant door ding on it. I refused the car telling them they did not get it that way and I wasn't taking it. Josh wanted to argue with me, going so far as to say I couldn't prove it. When I pointed out the tow truck driver documented all the damage to my vehicle before pulling it up on the sled and only noted a scratch on the bumper, he continued to argue with me. Meanwhile, one of the other guys (The younger one whose name I don't know, Brandon maybe?) agreed they would fix it. Finally picked my car up again on Friday. Chrysler asked me if it was fine. I told them to give me a week. Car still isn't shifting right. Took it back per Chrysler's request only to be told there were no codes or warning lights on and nothing was fine with it. Was told Matt drove it... all of 4.3 miles per the trip odometer I reset. Obviously he didn't try too hard to recreate the issues I'm having. When I was sitting on the side of the road with a failed transmission, there were STILL not warning lights on, which is on the video I recorded. My buying experience was fine, I had Hugh and he was great. Finance department left something to bedesired but whatever. Everything since then has been a nightmare. I have a 30K+ vehicle I am scared to drive. It has failed me twice and no one, dealer or Chrysler wants to do anything about it. I guess it's going to have to severely injure me before anyone will actually deal with the issue. read more

Went to see a truck advertised on THEIR website Wednesday evening 12/30/15 listed at a particular price. Used truck, great deal. Dealership open until 8, this was maybe 6:45/7pm. Salesman tried to locate truck, then said another employee had driven said truck home but will be back in the morning. Odd, but not unreasonable I suppose. We went back to same dealer the next morning, 12/31/15 spoke to same salesman, and he got the keys. We drove the truck. Liked it a LOT, had one more to look at from another dealer but even told them we would likely be back, we liked that truck so much. Returned to dealer about an hour and a half later to discuss purchasing the truck. The salesman left with our printout from the web page and a manager came back. He basically said, "Oops. This price is a complete mistake. No idea how this low of a price got put on this truck on the website." Basically it was a typo and blamed it on Web adept. He gave a price he could sell it for - not even NEAR the ballpark of what the printout said, like 9k+ more. Didn't even offer to pull other vehicles near our range. We walked out. Insanity. I get using lowball "web pricing" to bring buyers in, but 9k?!? That's not okay. Reporting to Dealer's Association and anyone else I can think of. Ridiculous huge waste of time and stress when we have limited time off work to try and lock down a truck. Would not recommend. read more

Too bad you can't give zero stars. I decided to give this dealer a try on an airbag repair after a final straw "I'll never set foot in this dealership again" experience. Same people, same service, different name. I had 4 Chryslers I used to service there very regularly. The call to set up the appointment was all rainbows and lollipops. I was told the doors open at 7:30 am. I tug the service door at 7:30 am and it is locked. The service guy sitting 5 feet from the door flinched from the sound and did not look up. I walk off away from the door and large windows and hear the door click unlock. I walk back, check in with Eeyore, and ask about the shuttle that rainbow and lollipops told me about. Eeyore tells me it doesn't start until 8:30 am. As I am waiting, I see the shuttle come by a few minutes later. No one tells me about it. I walk outside, the driver sees me and drives off. Twice. The shuttle is coming by pretty regularly about 5 to 10 minutes apart. As I am walking back to the service office to take my business elsewhere, again, they take my truck into service bay. I call my daughter for a ride and watch the shuttle go by 4 more times before 8:30 am. At no time did the service guy mention to the driver or me the obvious and stated desire for a ride or did the driver inquire. I have a lease that is up in July on a Nissan. If it is another Chrysler product. It won't come from here or be serviced here. Update: The dealer never notified me the work was finished. I had to call to find out. Good customer service is so much easier and less costly than bad customer service. This seems to be a culture thing at this dealership. read more

BUYERS BEWARE I Purchased a 2011 VW Jetta from Robert Loehr dealership. At first they worked with me , got me ina car and fixed a few issues that it had before I purchased it. They went out of their way to make sure it was right when I bought it. The problem came with the 4 free oil changes that came with the car. Every time I got my oil changed there was a two - two and a half hour wait with an appointment. I was alright with this because they were free. What I wasn't alright with was after the fourth one I took it to my mechanic to have it checked to find out the air filter was never changed even though the 16 point maintenance was checked that the air filter was alight in a good working order. Next looking at the 16 point curtesy inspection my mechanic also discovered that they were putting the wrong weight oil in and not what it called for. All in all I put my trust in them and I feel very deceived. I would not recommend this dealership. read more
