I like state farm but cannot recommend this agency unless they change their staff or teach them basic customer service or even manners would be a start. I'll start from the beginning. This was several years ago, I was over 18 and my mother and I wanted to move my vehicle under my name instead of hers how it has been. So I make the call and she says she will contact my mother to verify the change. I find out later that she called my step dad and told him that I was wanting to take over the account for all the vehicles! We did not talk about doing that at all, only for my vehicle. Anyway I make more attempts to get this done, mind you I don't have all day to speak with these people for what should be a simple request, but eventually it is done. So after this when I buy my house to put insurance on it naturally I choose a different agent. So I call and ask politely if I can have my car insurance transferred to my new agent. She says they cant do that, but it has to be done by the other agent(which is not true). I have tried to get this done several times of the past year and a half to no avail. Thankfully statefarm has newly introduced an online option to change your agent so now I'm finally done with them. I'm honestly very easy to please but it's ridiculous trying to get things done with this agency. If your still reading I want to let you know I wrote this to hopefully help others avoid the problems I have, and also that if Bill Mccombs staff are reading they will learn to treat people better and actually help their customers. This concludes the longest review I've ever written for the worst customer service I have ever received.

We recently switched to Kaci's agency after our previous local agent had retired. Like so many, our home was impacted by the May 2026 hail storm in the Owasso area. Long story short, we were having some problems getting parts of our storm claim approved by the adjuster to receive complete payment for repairs. So, shout out to Wendy (Claims Liaison) with Kaci's team. We had only switched agents a few days earlier on the State Farm app. We hadn't really even requested their assistance yet but, just a few days after the switch, I got a call from our adjuster to inform us that everything had been approved now, final payment was issued, and the claim was closed unless we found any further damage. Best news we had received since the storm! I was a bit puzzled at his sudden change of attitude. Then a few days later we got a call from Wendy to introduce herself and welcome us to the agency. Turns out she saw we had switched to their agency, we were struggling with our claim, she took initiative and handled it! We are so glad we made the switch to Kaci Miller's State Farm team and look forward to many continued years as happy customers!
