I didn't think it was possible at all but I dove in anyway. I found Kundel via Google. Did braces again but this time reversing extractions honestly don't have much to say other than thank you and this saved my life. Took me years to write this review. I completely forgot. I absolutely have zero regrets with my decision with Dr Kundel. He is great. I will take pics of my progress before and after when I can. But I thought I had to write this soon. I became so confident as a person after my treatment with Dr Kundel. I did not experience what the others experienced where he was in any way rude or abusive. I always felt that I was under his care and his concern. I don't care what the old reviews say. But Dr Kundel saved my face. I don't know what could have happened to me if I hadn't gone through treatment with him. Years later, I still have not seen any relapse. I am as free and happy than I ever been. Best decision I ever made.

He failed to take an X-ray prior to taking out a perfectly good filling. Then he failed to keep proper and legal notes in a chart and has failed to give me any records whatsoever. He also installed a too-big crown that was badly constructed and then tried to shave it down while in my mouth. He did not understand correct installation and other techniques that are to be expected in any Dentist. I had to seek another Dentist to repair and remove that horrible work that he did but the damage was done and his abuse was unacceptable.

I had to have a cavity filled recently and I did not feel one ounce of pain when he gave me an injection in my gum. I am super afraid of needles in general and he made the experience super calm and quick. The office is state of the art and his staff does an exquisite job at making patients feel comfortable when they are in the chair during procedures and cleanings. I am so glad I found him as my dentist and would recommend him to all my friends and family.

I have been trying to find a new dentist I like and comfortable with since my original dentist shut down. I came here for the first time and had a great experience. First off, the office itself is beautiful. It is designed and decorated very nicely and super clean inside. They have TVs everywhere even on the ceiling for when you are laying on that chair! The staff is extremely friendly and very very thorough especially the dental hygienist, Alex. She was amazing! 10 stars! She took the time she needed with me and did all different test I never had at a dental place before. The cleaning was very thorough. They have great technology as well. Im not an expert but must be newer because the last few dentist I visited did not have this type of technology or provide this much attention to my teeth. The doctor was friendly and personable. They explained everything to me very well. I even received a gift bag when I left. I already made my next appointment!

Eh, me thinks not... I have not been to a dentist in MANY…read moreyears, but take extremely good care of my chompers. While they are nice, they are cleaning not only your teeth, but your wallet. I was recommended to Ridgewood Dentistry and now regret taking someones word as I am a little more than ticked off at them. It turns out I needed a root canal on a cracked tooth. I had to go to an Endodontist as they would not do it at Ridgewood. Mistake one... I should have demanded a refund and sought another dentist. Root canal took two visits... Work after root canal @ Ridgewood totaled SIX visits, and one for pain I am in months after. With great insurance and being told I was in network, I would up spending over $2700 for a root canal I could have had in my home state for $500 out of pocket with no insurance at a VERY accredited dental firm. Oh, And my teeth happened to be so clean, I couldn't tell I had a tooth cleaning performed. So, I DO take very good care of my teeth, even more so after a very expensive, and still painful experience.

I had been seeing Dr. Ballard for a few years. recently she performed a root canal on my incisor…read moredue to an infection I had - days later I still had pain in the tooth and I called to schedule a follow up appointment not understanding why with a root canal I was still feeling pain; she took x-rays And then immediately took a panoramic x-ray so I knew something was wrong. She came in after the panoramic and told me that I had a severe infection and needed to see an endodontist immediately, and that I may lose four of my top teeth on the left side due to the infection. Mind you at my age of 59 I've only ever had one filling and one cavity in my entire life for this to be happening seem unreal, I questioned how this could've happened I did not get an answer- so I went to the endodontist she referred me to who was absolutely terrible. no bedside manner, no gentleness (when he asked me if I was in pain and I told him yes he just continued right on working ). I asked him how this could've happened (with my husband standing next to me) and all he did was make a face and shrugged his shoulders. I had paid Dr. Ballard for a root canal and now this endodontist had to perform a second root canal n the same tooth which cost me over $1400 out of pocket. He only put in a temporary filling, advising me to go back to my dentist for permanent filling. when I called to make an appointment I was told I had to wait till until after New Year for that appointment this situation was something that it happened early to mid December. I had a surgery planned for the end of December so I could not have any kind of dental work performed three weeks prior and now I have to wait till three weeks later to have it completed I can't believe she wouldn't fit me in! when I wrote an email to her practice. I literally got a call the next day saying how upset they were that I would question another doctor about Dr. Ballard's treatment. Can you believe it - how upset they were?? I have every right to do so being (told that I may lose four teeth due to an infection without being told how the infection could've possibly happened), but since I still had pain on a tooth that had a root canal, it leads me to believe that something was missed. Well, after I was told this was slander in writing by Dr Ballard, and I was immediately dismissed from her care as she felt we were not compatible. when everything was going well We were perfectly compatible for the longest time. As soon as I question something all of a sudden we are no longer compatible, interesting isn't it? - no problem. Plenty of other dentists out there. As far as slander I'm amazed that she would use this terminology. Maybe she should look up the definition. I made absolutely no false statements against her to anyone . I simply questioned her and the specialist she sent me to. Obviously, she had no concern for my anxiety of having been told I may need four teeth, pulled, and implants placed.
