She claims to be "direct" but in my experience she is simply rude. When she picked up the phone she sighed deeply like she had no time for me, and it all went downhill from there. For me, anything medical requires the utmost care and compassion, and this experience left me in tears. If you need help with something as profound as healing a facial scar, why would you elect to put yourself in the path of human beings lacking in the basic skills of pleasant customer service, let ALONE a little compassion. I'm sure Jenna feels she was perfectly professional. I respectfully disagree. Dr Zimbler, your office and your skills I'm sure deserve better. To my shock, the front desk charged me for this visit--without any prior mention that I'd be billed again! This was a follow-up appointment, and I had assumed it was part of the original treatment. Ultimately, I had to go to another practice to fully dissolve my filler. Even worse, the new provider was shocked that Dr. Westreich hadn't addressed the puffiness and migration in my top lip.
