I had a truly wonderful experience and incredible results my first visit to Dr. Konstantin and have had consistently amazing visits every time since. This Dr., has a keen eye for facial symmetry and I chose him due to the fact that he specializes on the face and does not do breasts, or anything regarding the body. I am in my late 30's and have been getting Botox for years. How I KNOW this man is a great Dr. is because he told me on the first visit that I only needed one syringe of Botox and his eyes almost popped out of his head when I told him that I had been getting almost 3! His Botox is obviously not diluted because my Botox never looked so good! I was starting to notice some changes in my nasal labial folds and let him put some juvaderm in those areas and like the Botox, he made it look natural and absolutely gorgeous! I had been wanting my eyes done for years, but had never found a surgeon that I had felt 100% confident in, but after seeing the work dr. Konstantin has done on others, along with his special eye for how the natural contours of the face are and SHOULD be, I have finally found the right surgeon to do my a lower eye lift along with fat grafting! Since I was a child I have suffered with dark circles due to the hollowness of my skull in that area and I am THRILLED to schedule my appointment. For any women reading this who are contemplating a facelift, neck lift, or a mini-facelift, this is where Dr. K. Truly shines; his before and after pics have blown my mind and opened my mind to possibly getting a mini-lift. After thoroughly discussing the mini lift procedure and process with Dr. K., and contemplating going through with it for a year, I have decided that going this route will benefit my needs the most. Dr. K. and I have both agreed that doing the mini lift, will not only rid me of the dislike I have regarding the changes occurring around my nasal labial folds, but will save me a ton of money on filler moving forward! Dr. K has also created new and innovative facelift techniques which have been recorded and posted to his website. You can actually watch him during a real surgery! Ok, let's' talk lips. Last summer I took Dr. K's advice and allowed him to put a conservative amount of filler in my lips; something I had never done. I loved the outcome so much so that I went back the following week for a bit more. I saw Dr. K. Yesterday I had him do my lips for the second time, this time putting in 2 syringes instead of doing one, waiting and then returning for more! I had always been afraid to do my lips due to the fact that TOO many Dr's. always seem to focus on SIZE rather than symmetry, resulting in the Marge Simpson look where the upper lip is much larger than the top; which just does not occur in nature! My lips are beautiful. I am still swollen, but WOW are they what I never thought they would EVER be! I will post before and after pics in a few days after all the swelling goes down. Boy, what a difference the right amount of volume can make! Thank you Dr. K. you really made me feel pretty again! Lastly, it is SO very important for a DR. to not only be able to listen, but to absorb exactly what it is a patient wants, and Dr. Konstantin really does listen and will continue to listen until he is confident that he completely understands all of the patients concerns. Also, he has such a gentle hand! I am genuinely SHOCKED that I barely ever even feel any of his injections, due to the fact that he uses numbing cream, followed by numbing injections, combine those along with the special needles he uses and your eyes won't even tear while he's working his magic! In conclusion, I can guarantee that this Surgeon is worth every penny! I am so very grateful I found him!! The girls who work in the office, Taina Luba, And Yuliya are absolute DOLLS and are so knowledgeable about everything in the practice! Sadly, the front desk is operated by a kind and courteous woman named Francesca, but the office manager Jenna is among the more demoralizing, patronizing people I've ever dealt with in medical profession. She claims to be "direct" but in my experience she is simply rude. When she picked up the phone she sighed deeply like she had no time for me, and it all went downhill from there. For me, anything medical requires the utmost care and compassion, and this experience left me in tears. If you need help with something as profound as healing a facial scar, why would you elect to put yourself in the path of human beings lacking in the basic skills of pleasant customer service, let ALONE a little compassion. I also see him regularly for injections like Botox, Sculptra, and EZ Gel. I keep going back because I consistently see real results that still look very natural. As someone who has become pretty well-versed in plastic surgery (for better or worse!), I truly believe Dr. Westreich is the real deal. I originally found him through extensive online research and because he met a very specific set of criteria I had. I was looking for a facial plastic surgeon (not someone who also does body work), double board certified, with an elite educational background (I know that sounds a bit snobby, but it gave me peace of mind), an office in one of the more expensive Manhattan neighborhoods (sounds snobby again, I know!), a strong reputation for rhinoplasty (since it's one of the most technically challenging procedures), a professional and well-kept office, not cheap but not super expensive, and great bedside manner. Very few doctors checked all those boxes. I called each one, and ultimately chose Dr. Westreich--and I'm so glad I did. I'm extremely happy with all my procedures. A few things worth noting: Dr. Westreich's work is subtle and natural. If you're looking for something more dramatic or "snatched," you should be very clear about that during your consultation. He's also very comfortable saying "no" if he doesn't think a treatment is right for you. While that's what any ethical doctor should do, I felt Dr. Westreich was especially thoughtful about it. I even asked about a facelift, and he told me I wasn't there yet--something I think many other doctors would have been willing to do. He offers a same-day booking discount that requires a deposit, but you still have time to change your mind and receive a full refund. Some of the negative reviews seem to stem from misunderstandings about this policy. Personally, I appreciated the discount, never felt pressured, and always found the staff to be kind and professional. Dr. Westreich injected a dissolving agent into my bottom lip and asked me to schedule a follow-up appointment. At my follow-up, it was clear that one side had dissolved more than the other, but both bumps were still there. He injected the dissolving agent again. To my shock, the front desk charged me for this visit--without any prior mention that I'd be billed again! This was a follow-up appointment, and I had assumed it was part of the original treatment. Ultimately, I had to go to another practice to fully dissolve my filler. Even worse, the new provider was shocked that Dr. Westreich hadn't addressed the puffiness and migration in my top lip. I had been so focused on the lumps in my bottom lip that I didn't think to bring it up, but I would have expected a trained professional to notice and mention it. At the new practice, I had both my top and bottom lip dissolved properly.
