We were scheduled very fast and the front staff ladies were so sweet and helpful and very informative of everything that would need to be done. Meeting the Doctor (Dr. Hagele) on the day of the appointment who was very informative of the process and the anesthesiologist that would be working on my child and being able to ask questions made my nerves feel calmer and at ease. My billing was off and this started at the beginning of COVID. I called and talked to them and they half-heartedly explained the billing. Long story short, I eventually was sent to collections for a $17 bill after already paying my co-pay after the visit. I called asked them to explain why it was higher after I already paid some. She was extremely rude to me after I asked if I could pay it off to them and just deal with my insurance and said: Uck, no! I then asked if I could get a new appointment for her and my son, and she very rudely said that it had to be paid off before she could invite us back. I just tried to pay it off? She hung up really quickly after that and I even asked my husband if I was the one being rude on the phone because I was so shell shocked about how rude I was treated.
