He arranged for a stager to tour our house with us to help us understand what buyers would look for. While we readied our house for sale, he showed us single-story homes that might meet our needs. We saw a few we liked, encouraging us to move ahead. We listed our house for sale just before Mother's Day, and had 3 solid offers within 3 days at the asking price or above. Once we had a buyer, we quickly made an offer on the house we wanted.
