He sent me for a nerve test and I really tried to go through with it, but I had to stop it because of the pain. THANKS FOR PREPARING ME! He could have prescribed me something but he just didn't care. Then, I leave a message with him, hey, that was too painful can we come up with another test? 2 years go by and he doesn't reply. So, I contact him again and he does call me back and says, there aren't any other tests available, good bye. So I google it AND OF COURSE THERE ARE OTHER TEST he JUST DIDN'T CARE! Plus, his office is run by idiots. I asked for a referral, gave them the fax number and everything, they said sure. And then.....I never heard from them again and they have no record of me asking. And when I CALL BACK and inquire...they say..."a message was left"???? Um, no it wasn't. People have smart phones and email guys AND THERE WAS NOTHING! I hate liars AND lazy people! DO NOT USE DR. I did not wait long in the waiting room, nor the exam room. The office was very clean. Dr. Wilson reviewed my notes and was conservative in his treatment approach due to my past medical history. I have to be super careful taking antibiotics and he was able to give me a remedy that did not involve oral meds. I am extremely grateful for this conservative approach. Ashley (nurse) & Dr Thomas Wilson was very patient with me & listened to me. He gave me options & let me decide which one that I wanted. He asked me if I wanted to think it over & come back at a later time. He does not suggest or push you for an option. I did have quite a wait (why the 5-star rating you ask?) I found out that on that particular day (Wednesday), there was only Dr Wilson working but the key thing was he did not rush & really cared about his patients. They apologized & since I was his last patient of the day, he asked me if I wanted to do the procedure then & there (which would save me another trip to the clinic.) Did the procedure (even went past closing) & his staff stayed behind. He & his staff still had the same cheerful, friendly, & helpful attitude at the end as when I got there. Sorry for the length of this review. I think on this particular day, the delay in being seen was the circumstances stated. Anyway, this worked for me & the quality of care was great. He was lacking in EVERY area.The worst doctor I have ever had. His bedside manners are non-existence. He did not introduce himself, or even acknowledge me as a new patient. No eye contact. He looked at my feet and asked what my concern was, then began to "shave " the bone. He inflicted quite a bit of pain and I started to bleed. He offered no apology, he simply covered the site then left the room ( used gloves and bandaid left in room) An absolutely awful experience. I agreed to see the new Dr. she cut the nail out but didn't call in my antibiotics until the next day after 1PM. That was on Friday. I had an allergic reaction to the medication and called on Monday. The office told me she was out of the office and would call me back Tuesday. Wednesday morning still no follow up so I called again.
