I was referred by my co-worker who was a patient at MVP at the time. I hadn't been to the dentist in over 6 years. I was always a nervous wreck when it came to dentists. If you visit their website, you'll see they have a "New Patient Special" which is $99 for a cleaning, exam, and X-rays. Not too shabby. Since becoming a patient, though, I've had routine check-ups and Dr. Thomas referred me to an endodontist so that I could get my root canal re-treated. It was such a smooth process, and she checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay after my procedure. She went over all the information throughly and made sure I understood before signing any paperwork. She answered all my questions and concerns. The entire staff is so friendly, both in person and over the phone. Christina, one of the young ladies at the front desk, answers the phone and sounds like she genuinely enjoys her job. It honestly gives you a boost of confidence. They are always on top of their game. You can opt-in for text message reminders for each appointment, which I love. I also got a Thank You card in the mail from one of the assistants thanking me for choosing MVP and following through with my treatment plan. So sweet! Late last year, I got a voucher for a free Sonic Toothbrush.
