If the latter, I can assure you that Noble Dentistry was a wonderful place to take my teeth. Too bad they don't also fix cars. The office is large and roomy, each exam room has a large window, state-of-the-art equipment abounds, and eveyone from the front desk to the hygienist to the doctor was warm, friendly, and communicative. The office hours are extensive and evening and Saturday hours are available, so when that emergency happens off- hours for everyone else, there's a decent chance someone at Noble will be there to help. Chose this dentist office because they were local and it appeared that they accepted my insurance. Upon checking out, the receptionist let me know that she was mistaken and the visits for myself and family would be billed as "out of network." I was subsequently billed $600+ for the work that was done. To add insult to injury, within a year, two of the fillings that were done have since fallen out and needed to be replaced. My money is gone and so is my time. However, I am currently a patient at a dentist office who clearly knows what types of insurance is accepted and how to correctly fill cavities. read more

As a new patient I've had a couple very good experiences with Noble Dentistry. Everyone is very kind and professional. Dr. Ephraim was especially good at working out and explaining to me a treatment plan for some troublesome teeth. The treatment process went smoothly and I've not had any issues. The billing practices here are concerning. On more than one occasion I was billed significantly higher than what was initially shared with me. I have two insurance coverages, one primary and a secondary through my husband, other dentists I've been to the coordination of benefits were accurately explained to me and I was clear about what would be covered and what would be the out of pocket costs, every time this place has been off the mark and Im stuck paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket. I make decisions to move forward with a recommended procedure based on the financial cost. Each instance here there were recommendations to get crowns, on 5 teeth, but my teeth were not bothering me so I could have waited and spaced the work out so that my insurance would more fully cover it. Each instance, I was given an estimate, and each time it was off the mark. Improvement is desperately needed in the area of billing and coordination of benefits. read more

Very professional, up front and clear regarding their services and my costs. The biggest benefit was how quickly I was able to get an appointment; I thought it'd be 2-3 weeks! I chose Noble Dentistry based on good reviews and because their website states it takes my insurance. Loved completing all paperwork ahead of time, including copies of my insurance card. But when I got there, I was told they haven't taken my insurance since 2019 and that I'd have to pay out-of-pocket, which is false advertising. I have been a patient at this place for several years ( even thou its out of net-work) due to its convenient location and ease of appointment scheduling. I initially received a crown on my #2 tooth on April 1, 2021, but unfortunately, it cracked. Subsequently, on October 27, 2022, I had another crown placed on the same tooth, which lasted for less than two years. The dentist, however, did not charge me for the replacement, which I appreciated. Recently, on January 29, 2024, the same tooth cracked again, a discovery made during my visit to the dentist. Surprisingly, this information wasn't communicated over the phone during prior inquiries. On returning to the dental office on January 30 and 31, the dentist hesitated to examine my tooth until I offered to pay half of the expected charges. Following the examination, she informed me that Crown Lengthening surgery was now necessary before placing a new crown. My frustration arises from the fact that this additional procedure was not recommended before the placement of the crown on October 27, 2022. Moreover, I was informed of a cost exceeding $1800 for the surgery and a new crown, a substantial amount that would come out of my pocket. This unexpected financial burden left me furious, and as a result, I chose to leave the dental office. Also, when I was leaving the office the front desk lady said " BYE" with smirking. I will report this case to the STATE Dental Board and will never ever go back to this place again. 2/7 Wednesday Dr. Bleiler, Thank you for taking the time to speak with me over the phone regarding these issues. As I mentioned, although you attempted to address the situation by offering to fix my tooth free of charge, I am extremely uncomfortable returning to your practice after the experiences with the front desk receptionist, who were smirking at me when I left the practice, and the dentist who hesitated to examine my broken tooth until I offered to pay half of the cost. When a problem occurs with a temporary restoration, it seems the patient gets blamed for the fault. 4 hours in the chair with 30 minutes of attendance. Before last night I thought I had found the perfect dentist's office, but all that changed when I came in for an emergency visit after Dr. Bleiler performed prep work last week for a procedure I had done by her, which left me in excruciating pain. (Before I continue, let me first put this disclaimer out there. I am an African-American woman, and not at any point was I being loud, rude, obnoxious, or aggressive! YES, that had to be stated because that is the stereotype/bias that most black women face in everyday life. We are not allowed to get upset because we are always viewed as ANGRY BLACK WOMEN ) It's truly disheartening when you're left to sit in a chair in extreme pain because someone's ego is bruised. Yesterday evening Dr. Sharon Belier attempted to address the issues with my mouth that I did not have before the procedure she performed, which left me in pain for the past several days. I was experiencing pain shooting up and down my neck and all-around eye sockets and it was progressively getting worse after my last visit even as I sat there in that exam room in all that pain had to maintain my composure because of the social norms that view most minorities, such as myself, as aggressive and angry, even when we are simply seeking answers, even when Sharon became upset when I questioned her work from less than a week ago. I the person in pain had to maintain my composure. Sharon had the audacity to tell me I was difficult to speak with, even if I was I'm in gut-wrenching pain as I told her. I'm trying to get clarification about the work she previously did so I could understand why I was in so much pain, but that didn't sit right with her, so she left out the room. Sharon Left me sitting in that exam room for almost an hour in excruciating pain. Sharon returned after I had a family friend call the front desk. My friend said she spoke with Colin (Owner) who was working the front desk, and she questioned him on why I had been left in the exam room for so long without any treatment, and even then he never comes back to see what was going on.. When Dr. Bleiler finally came back 45 - 50 mins later, Colin returned with her at that point she had some scripts and asked me how I would like to proceed with my care. I told Colin I wanted to see another dentist and I didn't want Sharon anywhere near me, at that point, Sharon claimed there were no other dentists in the office but miraculously Dr. Faino was available according to Colin. I have never felt so disrespected. Sharon is a perfect example of why most African-Americans hate visiting medical Professionals. The racial disparities & preconceived notions that black people are superhuman and can tolerate such pain. This experience was humiliating and traumatizing.. I bleed, hurt & experience pain just like everyone else. All I can say is thank God for Dr. Nicholas Faino. After addressing my concerns about Dr.Bleiler, Nicholas got me squared away in less than 20 minutes by phone in an antibiotic and Motrin 800 to my pharmacy. Dr. Nicholas Faino remained neutral and allowed me to express my concerns. Dr. Nicholas Faino answered all of my questions in a non-emotional/non-confrontational manner. My first appointment was for myself and my three kids. The office staff was pleasant and helpful despite me not being able to find my insurance card. The dental hygienist was very thorough and she explained everything she was doing. The office was also exceptionally clean. The hygienist changed her gloves often and wiped down all the surfaces between each patient even though we were from the same household.
