Unfortunately, less than six months later, the grout in our new kitchen tile floor started cracking and crumbling in many spots. We followed up with Fairway to see if they could do anything but were ignored and from our previous experience with them, it honestly doesn't seem worth the persistent follow up. Very disappointing to have paid for high quality porcelain tile floor for the durability (we have small kids and a dog), and a year in it is completely falling apart and looks terrible. Now we are told they don't know when or where they can get the missing box. In the meantime our tile man is working on the same project with another tile that is being paired up with. I have had Main Floor Carpet One Floor & Home (on Main St in Royal Oak) complete projects in my business, rental condo, and now my home and have had very positive experiences each time. I've had vinyl wood planking, carpet, carpet "squares," and now vinyl tile installed. The process from choosing materials, measurements, ordering, installation has been smooth without any unpleasantness. I do think that I'm easy to work with and that may be the reason I have had no issues. I'm very happy with the experiences I've had with this business.

Install team was very professional and the room looks great. It was a big mixed-use room with some extra stairs and plenty of seams; you can't see ANY and all the detail work looks great!
