The food here is amazing and the place is super cute! Spending a weekend in Vermont from NYC, I initially didn't have high expectations for pizza in the area but I was totally wrong! The food here is amazing!!!! I got the squash blossom with mascarpone (oops ate it before I got to take a picture) and Mama Margarita pizza (w/ caramelized onions). They had an interesting menu that included pizza, calzones and salads. The staff were super friendly and seemed passionate about their craft. They have a pool table, Mrs. Pac-Man and other games for entertainment. I highly recommend this place because the pizza is great!!!

Amazing Neopolitan crust, with Vermont maple glaze twist. Packed with ingredients. Definitely coming back.

We read about this new pizza restaurant and had it on our list to try. Well, today was that day. We arrived a few minutes before they opened at noon and one of the owners opened early to let us in. The restaurant is in an old Vermont building. The inside, however, is remodeled and very clean. The owner was friendly and very helpful. The pizzas at this restaurant are very creative, each with a very special name. You have a few of the typical pizzas, but most consisted of very unique combinations of ingredients. We chose one named "April 26, 1992." There are too many ingredients for me to list here. Please refer to the photo of the menu board. We ordered our pizza "half baked" so we could take it home, finish baking it, and eat it. Once home, it needed five minutes at 450F. The pizza looked great and the taste was wonderful. The garlic in the oil and the chipotle sauce really added to the flavor. One special thing to note is the crust was light and crispy. That's different from the typical heavy, doughy crust at other pizza places. The only minor downside is they only accept cash at this time. They are a new restaurant and that may change in the future. We are excited that there is finally a really good pizza restaurant near our home. We will return and eat at the restaurant next time.

AWESOME pizza! We stopped here on our travels and couldn't have been more pleased. The handmade creative pizzas are delicious. Crafted by owner/chef Roberto, you will not be disappointed. We recommend the fresh cheese curds, The Vermonter and Mom's Lasagna pizzas. Excellent customer service and cool atmosphere. We loved the music selection and the records played. Free darts, billiards, and vintage arcade games. Highly recommend!

On our way home from Quebec and found this gem. Delicious pizza . Funky place with cool decor . Worth finding this and detouring off of 91.

One of the best gluten-free crusts I've had. Love the syrup glaze as well! Iirc it might be cash only so keep that in mind.

The beer menu is undoubtedly awesome even in a sea of awesome beer menus in northern VT. Given its proximity to hill farmstead, they get their share of beer connoisseurs here and no one walks away disappointed. Throw in the fact that they are kinda in the middle of nowhere and it seems impossible. Kudos to Parker pie for their beer procurement! The pizza this time was just OK. BBQ chicken had hardly any chicken but the crust was nice and crispy. My previous 3 visits felt like it wasn't quite as busy and the food came out better and hotter than this particular time. We went on a Thursday and it wasn't slamming but the back bar was pretty full and they had a parking attendant to help you get to a spot in the small lot. There was an open mic but no one stepped up while we were there. The back bar area is pretty tight. There is some outdoor seating as well. Everything was fairly clean and the staff were attentive and polite. In the end, I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars but am rounding up because the beer menu is so good. If you're in the area, it's definitely the place to be but I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to go there since it's a bit off the beaten path.

You'll see a general store - Parker Pie is the red building on the back side. It has lots of pluses. First, we enjoyed the open-mic night with live music on Thursdays from 6pm-9pm. Second, the pizza was OK but the salads were superb (the blue cheese was from Jasper Hill Farm in Greensboro, VT). Third, Hill Farmstead beers are on tap (which were very high quality). On the minus side, the "back bar" area had limited seating (it was quite crowded). Service was OK. You must order first and pre-pay at the front (giving your name and seating location), then wait for the staff to bring your pizza and salad to you. Be sure to pack your patience - it can take a while for the food to arrive if it's crowded!

This was one of the best meals I've ever had in my life. The berries were freshly handpicked, the sauce made to order, the menu choices imaginative and, it turns out, delicious. The grounds are absolutely impressive, beautifully maintained, and interesting with thoughtful landscaping filled with plants native to the area. I'm a vegetarian and I especially appreciated that there were really delicious choices for not only meat eaters, but also vegetarians. Classy, unfussy, quality gourmet food. And then there are places that make you stop mid-bite and think, "How is this here?" The Dinner House is absolutely one of those places. Tucked into the most charming corner of Vermont, this restaurant feels like a discovery -- elegant without being pretentious, warm without being casual. During my stay, the dining room was packed every single night, with real waitlists and a steady buzz that confirmed what was already obvious: people know this place is special. The food is on another level. Thoughtful, refined, and deeply satisfying -- every dish is executed with precision and heart. It's the kind of cooking that feels effortlessly confident. Honestly? This is Michelin-consideration legit. The kind of restaurant you'd expect to read about in a city dining guide, not stumble upon in rural Vermont. Behind it all is a true culinary powerhouse: Steve, the chef, and Maria, the baker. Together, they are magic. The savory dishes are layered, balanced, and beautifully composed, while the baking is exceptional -- the kind that lingers in your memory long after the plate is cleared. Their collaboration elevates the entire experience. Sunday brunch deserves special mention -- indulgent, comforting, and flawless. Come hungry, expect to wait, and trust that it will be worth it. This isn't just a great local restaurant. It's a destination. If you care about food, hospitality, and experiences that feel rare and intentional, make the trip.
