I had a non-working Vespa here in San Francisco that was in storage for years, and I had decided to donate it to a charity. There was only one problem. The bike was in the parking garage under my apartment building, right where it had sat for 16 years, with limited access. The wheels were frozen, so it couldn't be pushed.
