It was literally at a giveaway price for a running rideable bike that I had to pinch myself that it was really happening. I'm not a religious man, but if you've got a bike that needs towing, these people are saints. I had a non-working Vespa here in San Francisco that was in storage for years, and I had decided to donate it to a charity. There was only one problem. The bike was in the parking garage under my apartment building, right where it had sat for 16 years, with limited access. The wheels were frozen, so it couldn't be pushed. Daniel is a biker who happens to drive a tow and he gets what it's like to ride and break down. I had a very scary situation today with my front tire developing a huge bubble in it.
