I paid over $550 for a leak repair, but the problem was not fixed. The plumber put tape over the hole and placed the toilet over it, with water still in the toilet bowl. Hope no gas fumes come through the hole/opening, which is extremely concerning. I am now having to find another plumber to properly fix the problem. I contacted the owner about the situation, but the owner did not respond. No emergency here. I was also charged an additional 4% for paying by credit card. Visa allows a maximum 3% surcharge under its U.S. rules, so make sure you check the surcharge and your receipt carefully. After spending over $500 and still having an unresolved problem, I would not EVER use this company again. I strongly encourage others to think carefully before hiring them. RUN! Never CALL! Dispatch Lady always has a bad day!

Despite this "thorough" check, the system failed within 48 hours in the exact area they were supposed to have serviced When we called them back to address the oversight, the "warranty" they claim to provide was non-existent. Instead, they charged $155/hour (a rate significantly higher than industry standards) and utilized predatory "flat-rate billing blocks." This meant we were billed for 3 hours of labor for a job that took a fraction of that time. When you add their 50-75%+ markup on parts, you realize you are now paying 4x-5x their initial visit price because they have you over a barrel Key reasons to stay away: Failed Inspections: Their "comprehensive" service is a facade. They failed to identify basic issues during a paid maintenance visit, then charged a premium to return and "discover" their own oversight. Predatory Billing: They require your credit card upfront so they can process the invoice immediately. This is a tactic to bypass any billing disputes--they take your money before you even have a chance to contest the unreasonable hours or egregious markups. Zero Integrity from Management: When these failures were brought to their attention, there was zero accountability and no attempt to make it right.
