We are renting a condo on Perdito Key and encountered two plumbing issues. One, a toilet needed a whole new mechanism and a new pipe from the floor. The other problem, a leaky whirlpool faucet. The mgmt company sent a handyman and although attempted, could not solve either problem. After a day without water, Stresmlined Plumbing was sent for the repair. The toilet was repaired in about 10 minutes. A new cartridge for the whirlpool faucet is expected tomorrow and we have an appointment to have that repair completed around noon. Chris and his partner are polite, friendly, competent and caring. We recommend this company without hesitation.

Had a plumbing problem Saturday evening at 6pm. Chose this 5-star business after another 5-star…read moredidn't answer. I was told a technician would be out in about 30 minutes. Then got a notification he was involved with another job. I explained I had flooding/drain backup. Next notification said a plumber would be round Sunday morning at 0830-1030. Then was notified it would be 0800-1000. Plumber arrived at 0745 Sunday. Plumber looked over the job and started right away to unblock the drains from 2 tubs and fix the toilet leak. Eventually had to leave to buy a toilet seal. during the reseat, the toilet tank lid got loose and cracked. Plumber tried to get one but had to put it on order. Result was a clear drain, a sealed toiled, and a dry floor. A bit over 2 hours on site @ $225/hour. Still have to clean tubs' surfaces and sanitize floors, but we are nearly back to operational. Actual work was very good.
