So i went a second time to order it again and was told they don't have any. Okay...great. So i did a comparison with other places that have similar size tres leches cakes available such as: food city, frosted bakehouse, hunnie butter, crumbl, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and a tres leches cake i made. I'd rather support small businesses to be honest. So was really hoping to snag a cake from here. But not a full size because this was merely for experimenting purposes. Why get a full size when you aren't sure if you are going to like it?? So i posted about our outcomes on my foodie instagram page. The business told me to try the pocket cake but I already am fully aware but was told by the man working that day they don't have them. Which wasn't the same as the ladies working on my first visit. So now i almost want to try calling around to other locations regardless of how convenient this location is being across from my son's school. Just hoping for a pocket cake and better service because service was non existent my second time. Like would have been nice to have any kind of information like oh sorry we don't have them today but try next week or we won't ever have them again try another store???

I know them for their cakes being light, airy and beautifully decorated. Most especially for the season or holiday. I recently tried their strawberry soft cake and it really retained the strawberry flavor. The texture was soft and most certainly airy while not being overly sweet. It made a great pair with coffee. Delicious! All items can be retrieved from the shelves and brought to the counter to check out with courteous staff.

A lot of the items are under $5 so this place is pretty affordable. They have some bottled up coffee and teas that you can purchase as well. They focus on baked goods bakery, so the coffee was decent and good with the pastry. The pastry was 5 out of five. Now that I've been here second time I'm giving this five stars. Friendly service, delicious pastries. Evidently, they're thinking about opening another bakery. Hopefully it's closer to me. I give them a lot of credit. It's tough running a bakery and making high-end product with a reasonable price relative to the quality the ingredients. As a sidenote, they also run the bistro that I guess has been around for about 13 years, called cuisine and wine. It looks like it gets pretty good reviews. I'll have to check it out.
