Normally I go to Ford and…read moreget "the works" their full service oil change, tire rotation, fluids fill, inspection, and car wash. It's $98 for my truck for FULL SERVICE oil change. This time I didn't have time to go to Ford so drove up the road here thinking "hey it's a quick lube. It is probably way cheaper than Ford." All I got was a basic oil change. No tire rotation. No inspection. No filling of bug wash fluid. Nothing. Literally just a oil change. Wanna guess how much it was? $138.14.... WTF! A basic oil change with nothing else is $50 MORE than a full service and car wash at the dealership. And the guy walked up smiling like he did me a huge favor saying he took off $5 for military.... Stay FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this place and all others if they all have the same prices. I gave 2 stars because the staff was polite and nice to work with. I understand they don't control pricing. If management reads this, staff was awesome! But you need to talk to your higher up because your pricing schedule is trash and gouging the people of Richmond hill that don't know better.... $150 for just a basic oil change. You should be ashamed of yourself.
