The week of the event, they were back in touch to finalize details and on the day of the event, Chloe showed up with the food at the designated time and was very professional and polite but also very approachable. She did an excellent job setting up and explaining all the dishes. Finally, the food! Absolutely amazing! The hits were the leaf-wrapped elven lembdas bread and Balin's spiced beef (brisket). The brisket was so tender it melted in your mouth. While those two were the standouts, the rest of the food certainly held its own and disappeared quickly.
