They canceled my appointment an hour before I was due in the office because I wouldn't pay the fee. They allowed me to schedule the appointment even though I refuse to pay the fee, but didn't honor it on the day I was going in. When I switched offices, a biopsy immediately revealed invasive basal cell carcinoma. I required Mohs surgery, leaving a 5-inch scar down the middle of my cheek. Despite multiple calls and emails, Modern Dermatology sent a auto response and did not send medical records requested. This office feels more cosmetic than medical -- not where you want to go for serious dermatology issues.
