I saw a shirt I liked on the internet, I click it and it brought me to a Mens Wearhouse site, I've…read morenever been to one before but drove past the one on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa many times, The dress shirt I saw normally sold for $99 dollars but the site said it was $19.99 close out. Delivery would take too long, so I remembered the Massapequa store, called them spoke to someone who said they had the shirt in store my size and would put it on the side. I drove over went in and there it was waiting for me. Great customer service, very clean and well organized store. They also do Tuxedo rentals and fittings. Great experience and I bought an amazing shirt for $19.99.

We were confused as to why this was the way it was, but regardless we didn't think anything of it. A few weeks later we wanted to return it because it did not fit, however the sales associate said it could not be returnable because of the tag was removed. We tried explaining that we did not remove the tag and the associate did. He kept implying with this tone of skepticism and judgement. Saying "you bought this from here?!" He didn't believe us and said "anyone could have taken it out." He dismissed my brother and we walked out. I highly discourage anyone that enters this store. The customer service is not sub par and I hate to admit it but we felt unwelcome and judged. Perhaps if we wore a suit to the store we would be treated more fairly. 12/30/2025

Not only did Esquire Tuxedos fit him with a beautiful tux, we were also able to purchase the complete tux, shirt, shoes, cummerbund, bow tie and cuff links for a VERY reasonable price. The quality was excellent. Esquire even fitted the shirt to fit my sons frame better! Unbelievably, he went home with it after the 3 day break!!! They are so professional and the customer service they provide goes beyond anything I've ever seen!
