This was within the warranty time frame. I have called probably about 20 more times to get someone to come out to fix the calibration. Someone texted me once saying the technician could come out. I responded right away with a day and time and asked for confirmation and never heard back from them. They never once apologized and they still have not sent the technician out to fix the oven. This is a terrible business.

The owner does speak English, so I would iron out most of the details with him before having to communicate with the workers. Overall they know what to do, and I can tell the ones we worked with have done many installs/disassembles. We were thinking of replacing our oven and will probably come back here for that too. It's been quick and painless when we needed a appliance right away, which we aren't sure would be the case with a regular appliance store.
