The home warranty company scheduled appointments that were not even possible for 123 Appliance Repair to uphold since they were waiting for the needed part to be delivered. The technician was quick to set up an appointment once the part arrived. I was able to maintain communication with the technician at all times. I would absolutely recommend this company to complete any other home repairs that I may need in the future. I have had two appointments that were set up through my home warranty company and your company was a no show for both of them. Your company has been impossible to get in touch with. i have called, left messages (when actually able to), other times the phone did a quick ring and disconnected, emailed, and had the warranty company reach out to you. When the warranty company can't get in touch with you there is a serious problem. The tech, Shawn, called when he was 16 min out and arrived right at the beginning of the two-hour window that had been promised. He couldn't have been more friendly, polite and professional. He got to the root of the problem quickly, and then found another. He fixed that, too. It had been a clogged drain and a blown wire of some kind.
