My mother has dementia so I've been looking for a dentist here in Brevard county where we live all year last year. Her teeth were in bad shape and some of them rotting away because it became very difficult for my sister and I to brush them on a regular basis. She wouldn't let us. After being seen by like 4 dentists here, we were told they couldn't do any work on my mom because she wouldn't cooperate(because of the dementia) I almost gave up. I felt hopeless. Then I was told by someone about the center for dental anesthesia. When I called them to schedule an appointment I couldn't believe they said they'll take my mom in. I thought it wasn't real, but when I brought her in they took such great care of her. They have an anesthesiologist right there in their building! Well to make a long story short they fixed all of my moms teeth, and now she's got a beautiful smile again thanks to them! And they worked with her even though she gave them a hard time. She has beautiful teeth now! I was so satisfied with their work that now my dad wants to get implants. So now he's in the process of getting his implants done there. Of course there's so many dentists in our area, but we will not go anywhere else. I'd rather drive the hour and a half to get good quality, honest work by the friendliest dentists and staff ever. Honestly, at this point...even if I moved to another state, I would probably book a ticket to go to this dentist. That's how serious I am about how good they are. Well now this has also become my dentist. I went for a $60 cleaning here in Palm Bay 2 months ago and left crying. I was so mad. I was told by the dentist here in Palm Bay that I have 3 cavities and my teeth are messed up from grinding and I need to purchase a mouth guard from them. I've never had any big problems with my teeth so I was a very skeptical. Well, I took my X-rays to the center of dental anesthesia. They were nice enough to fit me in on the day my dad was getting some work done. They looked at my X-rays and my teeth and said that there is nothing wrong with my teeth and I have NO cavities!!! Thank God for them. I'm referring my whole family, all my friends, and everyone I know there. These are great people! We are so lucky to have found this practice!!!!!!!! read more

Both Dr. Duffy (Father and Son) are absolutely amazing!!! I have had a primary dentist for some time and I would not have had the opportunity to meet this cool staff of not for me horrible dental experience with a previous Dentist...the previous dentist made the attempt to remove (5) teeth at one time...Four of them were my wisdom teeth. Fast-Forward...On a business trip and my entire left side of my face is numb and tingling....At the tender age of 42 I thought I was having a stroke....LOL!!! I made a dental appointment as I knew my periodontal dilemma could be the cause...Made it with my "previous" dentist he told me my periodontal situation has elevated and he needed to refer me to a periodontist to get things treated right away and to find out WHAT teeth could be salvaged. He gave me some 500mg Amoxcillian and 800mg Ibuprophen....I called the referral (periodontist) my previous dentist gave me and I didn't feel comfortable with my previous dentist response nor the response from the referral. I begin to do my own research with the assistance of customer reviews and Dr. Duffy office was rated very high. I stepped out on faith to contact this office, in fear, in major pain and Barbara in Dr. Duffy's office was so welcoming, high-spirited, professional and made me an appointment right away. I get to Dr. Duffy's office and the entire office had an awesome comradery with one another....Dr. Duffy (The Son) discovered the previous dentist who had worked on my mouth left partial wisdom teeth in my mouth laying side ways and it was sitting on the nerve with infection.....Dr. Duffy (Father and Son) explained very thorough my situation and then proceeded with a solution....The manners, comfort and security of being taken care of made this office my number one choice for dental needs....Thank You so much and by the way Dr. Duffy told me there was nothing wrong with my teeth and none of them needed to come out.....Isn't that amazing!!! Why aren't there a million star ratings??? Where do I begin? My son is 15 and is on the Autism spectrum. Over the past couple years due to a cancer diagnosis and poor nutrition choices he has some serious dental problems. His pediatric dentist suggested we seek an adult dentist which we did. Both dentists said my son needed 8 fillings, a root canal, an extraction and his wisdom teeth out. In order to do this he would have to see two dental professionals and have multiple visits in order to take care of everything since not one doctor could do it all and he has to be sedated. Frustrated I googled "special needs dentist" and CFDA popped up. I read the reviews and looked over their website and everything my son needs is listed on their website. I decided to call and get him an appointment. Let me just say my son has been through a lot and he LOATHES any kind of medical appointments. I was reassured by staff on the phone that my son would be taken care of and not to worry. When we came in today we met both Duffy's but Kyle was our dentist. As a mother of a child with Autism I worry so much with dr visits because my son likes to know what's going to happen Step by Step to and NO surprises. He also needs breaks and likes to ask questions even if it has nothing to do with his appointment lol. Kyle was AMAZING!!!!!! So amazing that my son asked him if he could be his new dentist!!! He's never asked a medical professional that!! Kyle took his time with my son, never made us feel rushed, asked and answered all questions and made everything easy to understand. He made sure my son knew he was the patient and he was IMPORTANT! Kyle was also very honest and come to find out we only need 2 extractions NO FILLINGS and NO ROOT CANAL... They also quoted his treatment 3 times cheaper than the other dentist... saving us THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS... who does that???? His HONESTY and being completely truthful earned not only my business but my respect!! I would refer this business to anyone but especially to anyone who has special needs family members. read more

WHERE DO I BEGIN.... well let's start at my first contact, Mercy - she's awesome in getting you quick answers, information and starting you towards your first consultation... arriving at the facility was a little bit of a hiccup - I don't know how I wrote down the wrong location - but I ended up 15 mins before my appt - only to be AT THE WRONG LOCATION... but quickly realizing my mistake - I reached out to Mercy and she was able to work with me in getting the right location on my Google and thankfully for their QUICK RESPONSE on the phone pick up - I was able to reroute and still make it on time before my 15 mins window expired after appt time! .. Arriving at the site - I was greeted by both lovely ladies at the front desk - waiting time : (for anyone nervous about even thinking of a dental office more/ less a surgical dental facility- this is a VITAL moment in the visit ... THE WAIT...) well I'm thankful to say - I DID NOT EVEN HAVE TIME TO PANIC! Between the comforting smiles that greets you , and the dental Specialists " BOTH DUFFYs" cheerful welcoming disposition- (OHHHH thats the welcoming surprise for any newcomers - ITS A FAMILY AFFAIR! And you immediately feel like family upon meeting them all! ) ... My nurse who took care of me prepping me for the dentist was such a sweetheart - felt like we've known each other for years - she's awesome of comforting you prior to exam.. you are just relaxed and forget you're there for a dental visit!!! I thank them all for making the fear in me dissipate... all the worries go away and the HOPE RESTORED! I'm actually looking forward to my procedure now! I'll be back to let ya know how that goes! Fear of the dentist is an understatement, when it comes to me and my mouth. I expect the absolute worst of everything, and somehow my first appointment was a hoot. The entire staff was fun and friendly. Yes, I actually said fun! Of course, it's easy to be relaxed on the first exam, they aren't doing anything. My first impression of Dr Duffy was- "is this guy for real?" He can read you like a book! When you have that, "I have a question", look, he stops mid-sentence, and asks, "what is your question?" No-one does that anymore!!! Today is 12/11/2019, and my procedure was on Friday the 6th. Everything went very well. I have had almost no pain, after 2 extractions, some fillings, a couple of crowns, and the dreaded DEEP cleaning. Dr. Allison Nassif "ROCKS" the IV world. She started my IV so fast, that I didn't feel it! Ms Betty gave me a hug, and the next thing I know, Dr Duffy is asking if I was ready for a cup of coffee! I was taken back at 7:30, and was sitting on my couch at 10:30- I live an hour away. Today, I am finally doing a happy dance! I don't have to sit around dreading having this stuff done, anymore. My experience with Dr. Kyle Duffy was wonderful. During my cleaning and check up I was told by him that I needed to have a cap because an old inlay needed to be replaced. Today I went in to have the procedure. When I arrived, Dr. Duffy told me that he wanted to get a new X-ray because he was reconsidering and thought he might have a good chance of saving the tooth. I also had chipped a neighboring tooth and lost a filling as well. He wound up saving the tooth, which I'm sure saved me money! Once work was started, I had no pain. That's no pain when the novocain was injected; no pain when the two teeth were drilled; no pain for the extra work to be sure it was exactly the way Dr. Kyle wanted it to be. And my mouth wasn't very numb when we were done! In addition, Dr. Kyle has a very deliberate manner, explains everything as he does it and kept me totally relaxed. I felt like I just visited a friend, and when I left, my teeth were fixed! The only other dentist I've ever had that was in the same league as Dr. Kyle is his senior partner and dad, Dr. Lawrence Duffy, who does Dental Anesthesia. (My dental phobic wife uses him!) I have to say, for me Dr. Kyle just edged ahead of his dad for best experience with a dentist ever! read more

Never in a million years would I think I'd walk out of the dental chair thinking and saying "Best dental experience ever!" But I did today!! I went to a local Orlando dental office a few months ago, and they stated I had multiple cavities and needed all sorts of things done. As someone who suffers from sensitive teeth, and extreme dental anxiety this scared me. I hadn't been to a dentist in 8 years prior to going to see them, and I was immediately regretting my decision to go back. I decided I'd get a second opinion, and I thank my lucky stars I chose the Center for Dental Anesthesia! Upon arriving I was greeted by the kindest staff and there were no judgmental glares when I expressed my concerns about dentistry, they just took me in as family and made sure I was aware that they were going to take care of me. I went in this morning to get all my issues sorted out, and no, I didn't have multiple cavities as the previous establishment had reported. I absolutely love this office and all its staff and the way they treat their patients. I would recommend anyone, even if you don't need the special attention I do. I can't wait to go back! read more

I have a daughter Hannah with schizophrenia. Everything she has to have done is extremely hard and frightening to her. Several years ago she had 4 wisdom teeth that had to be removed. After much research I found the Center for Dental Anesthesia. From the time we walked in, everyone was wonderful. Dr. Duffy was kind, patient, and experienced. They gave her general anesthesia and got all the work done plus a cleaning. When she woke up she felt so relieved and happy. Fast forward to 7/19/17 I took her back to have more dental work done. Again everyone was great. This time we met Dr.Kyle Duffy. He put her and I at ease. They again did the general anesthesia and took care off a lot of problems, did the cleaning. She woke up happy and feeling good. I will always take her here for anything she needs done. They are amazing, kind,comforting,professional and just the best place to go if you need dental work and hate dentists. You will NOT hate these excellent people. I would like to take the time to say just how thankful I am for Dr. Kyle and everyone who works there. I've been terrified of going to the dentist my whole life due to a horrible experience. Due to that experience I've not been able to bring myself to go to the dentist. In avoiding going I have severely damaged my teeth and have become so ashamed and could not smile cause of my embarrassment. After finding Dr. Kyle's office I made the choice to get help. I have never felt so cared about and the absolute care and unbelievable ability to make me feel at ease I will refer everyone I know and will never go to another dentist from this point forward. I am a 71 year old "dental chicken" who had major problems with a Dentist when I was a child which created a tremendous fear of dental treatment. This caused me to neglect good dental hygiene and care for many years. I have been receiving much needed dental work and care including extractions, implants, and root canal, which will take me until next February to be completed by Dr. Kyle Duffy. His father, Dr. Lawrence Duffy administered my anesthesia. I have to say that the care and treatment I am receiving, is professional, caring, modern and up to date, and with a major concern that I do not have any anxiety regarding my visits. EVERYONE in the office is so friendly and professional and concerned about their patients. I & my family have been going to Dr. Larry for @ least 30 yrs & we love him. Now that his son is there too, I'll bet that Kyle is just as good. I overheard him {KYLE} talking to an elderly patient & he was very calm & direct wi them. I was really surprised that I had seen Larry today as my appt. was wi Kyle, but I guess Larry had some time & was helping his son out. I really love the way they do that. Dr. Larry always asks about our kids, & takes time to stick his head out into the waiting room if someone in my family he knows is out there. Even though now we are on MEDICARE & EVERYTHING Is 'selfpay', I'm sure that we will continue to go back to the Duffys b/c we trust them & really like them. read more

My very first experience at The Center for Dental Anesthesia was unbelievable! The receptionist was professional, friendly and very helpful. The Dental Assistant - Sheila, projected a positive attitude, was very friendly and caring while taking dental xrays and when assisting the dentist. Dr. Kyle Duffy was very personable, has a great personality, is friendly, funny and professional. He took his time to review and ask questions about specific areas of the paperwork I completed before my appointment. He also explained what he had seen in my xrays. Have been letting my teeth go for too many years, simply out of fear. Dr. Kyle Duffy listened to me and my goals and presented different options. Most of my molars are gone, and it has created a 'sunken' look in my cheeks...not attractive at 67 yrs of age. He pointed out that I've lost some bone structure/distance, between the bottom of my nose and my chin, but it can be recovered as my cheek muscles stretch with the new teeth. Who knew? The Doctor spent almost an hour and half with me, and set up a plan of action based on my requests and needs, together with some of his recommendations. I had a really great experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, Lisa at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming while checking me in. Dr. Rodriguez was very kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. Sierra, Kevin, and Taylor were all amazing too -- everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience. You can really tell this office has a great team atmosphere. The whole visit felt easy and stress-free, which is not something I usually say about going to the dentist! I have very few fears (I beat Stage 4B Hodgkins Disease 25 years ago and wasn't afraid of anything), HOWEVER, I'm a 56 year old man and am scared to death of anything related to people messing with my teeth! When I heard that he could put you in La-La-Land I was all in. He was so kind and compassionate about my fears and his staff was equally as kind. After Dr. Duffy took a look at my issue he pinpointed my problem and explained to me in detail what was wrong and what path to take in order to remedy my issue. Went for a consult today. After being at many dentist and having horror stories to talk about afterward, Dr. Kyle Duffy was amazing. He explained everything in detail, allowed me to ask questions and made me feel so much more at ease about my dental work.
