Terrible Company, came and installed a power screen for the garage. Then when you have a problem with the screen they have no one to come and fix it, I had trouble twice they would not come and fix the problem had to call another company that doesn't even sell the same screen. read more

Started out pretty good with a courteous gentleman coming out to give us a quote. We were told 4 to 6 weeks out, which turned into 11 weeks and still waiting. The only communication was instigated by us, and after 11 weeks could still not get a firm installation date. We finally went with another company who scheduled the work in a week. read more

I would NOT recommend Robinsons aluminum to do any work needed! After one month, they finally completed a small 15 x17 ft. screen room. The president of the company is arrogant and thinks everyone doesn't know a thing about roofs. The salesman said He would not charge for part of the work to repair a bad mess they made, then he sent me a bill for the repair! they don't know how to communicate with their customers, they don't call before showing up, and their customer service is TERRIBLE! read more

Oddly enough, It seems Robinson's Aluminum is practicing the same methods they used in 2013 with Stacey A. I had Steve out on 3/19/2015 to give an estimate. It's now 3/24/2015 and nothing. History repeats itself. I called and spoke with Steve and he acted as if he were shocked that this could have happened. I even read him Stacey A.'s review and asked his thoughts. Then mysteriously my email alert went off on my phone and it was Steve's estimate. Now here is where I will separate from Stacey. Steve so far does indeed have the best price but, that doesn't matter. I don't care about $50. If I have to chase you down it's for two reasons. 1. To let you know you screwed up. 2. To let you know in this format I don't mind spending more money to a company that cares from start to finish. There is a common denominator here. It's Steve. Maybe Robinson's Aluminum needs to re-evaluate it's relationship with Steve or possibly more training. Just because my job is a "smaller job" it doesn't mean you put less effort into that customer. And if it does, maybe you and Steve should attend the same training class. read more

We recently hired Robinson's Aluminum to rescreen and renovate our pool cage as well as repair a leaky gutter that caused some wood rot. They have a courteous and professional crew who worked hard throughout the day. They did an excellent job and assured us that they would stand by their work. I received my quote end of January made my 1/2 down payment February 7 was told in January and February 7 it would be a 4-5 week total. The salesman that took my payment on February 7 said someone would be out within the week to take the exact measurements order the windows. That did not happen I had to call 2 weeks later and get put on the schedule. When they did come out I was told 2-3 weeks for the windows and the within the following week for install. Ok 3 weeks later I call evidently they don't check up on things and they had to call the supplier who then send they will ship first week of April well don't know where they are coming from but at least a week before shipping then 2-3 weeks hopefully to get to them then they have to put me on schedule. I hope by may my 4-5 weeks has turned to 4-5 months. This is what I was told by the other estimates. I have never had this company do work for me and I would not recommend them to anybody I was on the toll road and their truck lost a piece of metal cars were hitting it they pulled over to secure their load better when I stoped behind them and explained the metal they lost hit my car they said it wasn't their piece of aluminum in the road when I grabbed my cell phone to take pic of their license plate they floored there truck and drove 85 miles an our to get away from me I called the company the lady just blew me off like what ever if this is the kind of contractor you want dishonest they are for you read more

Called a couple times, finally got the guy to schedule to come out and give us an estimate. Waited a week to receive the estimate, and after following up repeatedly, finally was told sorry, we must have written down the email address wrong. A day later, finally did receive the quote. Called back the next day to schedule the job. Got voice mail in the office when I called. Left a message. Waited 5 hours for a call back, so I called back again. Receptionist transferred me to Steve after I told her I was having a very hard time connecting with someone to hire them for the job. Then was transferred into Steve's voice mail. Called back, told her I didn't want a voice mail. She transferred me again. I got Steve and attempted to hire them and schedule the job for the following week (my husband or I would have to take a day off work to be here for the gutter install). Steve then tells me he can call me back later that afternoon and would be able to only "give me an idea" whether it would be beginning or toward the end of the week and couldn't give me an exact day until we got closer to when they were ready to do the install. REally? I said. Yea, just forget it. Seriously, do people out there even want business? Do people even care how those facing their customers are trained ? Professionalism even enter the picture at all? read more
