Each day I'd see the crew come and go having made tremendous progress. We needed woodwork done on our patio so we asked our neighbor for a referral number to their contractor. Armando came out the next day. Wrote up the estimate on the spot. Wow! Fast. Fair price. We hired him. He said his crew would show up the next morning at 8:30 a.m.. and they arrived right on time. In fact, they arrived both days on time. He estimated the work would take 2 days. Even tho we added a few extra tasks . . . a new gate, new indoor/outdoor carpet in the patio & front porch, additional woodwork, a new light fixture in the garage . . . they still finished in 2 days. MOST IMPRESSIVE: 1. Armando's outstanding personality. 2. No job too big or too small. They worked for almost 2 weeks at the neighbor's house. Two days at ours. 3. Fair price. 4. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away. Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). They explained it's normal since the railing is custom fabricated on site (not one solid piece), and similar to others in the neighborhood.
