I always dread the crap shoot of hiring a service company, but I absolutely hit the jackpot when I found Robo Painting. I checked out many, many reviews, hit up Nextdoor, etc. First of all, I received a comprehensive and competitive bid from Alex. He was incredibly responsive and sent me photos that helped me see how the prep work would be done since I've never had a home interior painted while living in the house. I also wasn't familiar with painters who spray rather than brushes and rollers, and his photos helped me get comfortable with the process. Once I made the decision to go with Robo Painting, they were able to get me on the schedule very quickly. Alex also directed me to Dunn Edward's color consulting service, which I found invaluable. Alex showed up on Day One with a crew of 3, headed by David. The language barrier with the crew was a minor inconvenience since Alex was available by phone whenever I needed him. Since I was staying in the house with my two scaredy-cats, the crew divided the job up into two halves so the cats and I could be on 1/2 of the house while they did the other and then we switched sides. I can't speak highly enough about the fantastic job that the guys did. They were all professional, very personable, and meticulous about their work. They were also very neat, and they finished the job in five days. After they were done, I found a few very minor places that needed to be touched up, and one of my color decisions didn't work. Alex was able to get the crew out a day later to deal with the follow up. I will be recommending Robo Painting to all of my friends who might be looking for painters. They say they do drywall repair, but I couldn't get anyone there to repair my drywall. Seems as though my job wasn't a high dollar repair, so they weren't interested (after having water valves replaced for my washing machine). I very much appreciated that "x number of cabinets equals this price" and "this square footage is this price." No "well... it is probably a few days of work... I could do the work for this price..." We had to have all of the interior doors resanded and painted because the loser home builder lennar gave us severely damaged and beat up doors when we moved into our brand new house. lennar is paying for the doors to be finished properly. I will say that the work was very good BUT the workers left a mess outside and they stained my pavers and landscape rocks out front. Very sad how no one cares anymore about people's homes. The two men were on time and payment wasn't due until my husband and I inspected their work. I had to ask them to clean up though and I had to ask them to paint the bottom of the doors, which was part of the original problem to begin with. There were only a couple of spots that had to be pointed out to the workers, thankfully. A HOMEOWNER SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO ASK A WORKER TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. read more

My house needed painting badly so I contacted 3 paint companies for bids. While all 3 were good, Robert Mausbach from Robo Painting was the most thorough, asked the most questions, made the most suggestions that were in line with my thinking. He was very responsive as we worked through the specifics of the job and got me on their schedule very timely. The total work took 5 days - 1 for power washing and 4 to complete the work. Alex was the on-site project manager and was great to work with. The painters showed up on time every day, kept me informed of their progress, worked quickly and quietly. I have 4 dogs and was concerned about them getting scared, but the way Robo painters worked, my guys were calm and comfortable the whole time. I am thrilled with the finished painting - it looks great, they completed the small details (like filling golf ball holes, recementing the area by the ground, replacing the facing around the garage doors) and didn't miss anything that I wanted. They were very responsible for keeping gates closed, cleaning at the end of each day, and keeping the mess contained so I could take my dogs out in the yard.
