Following A1 Doors' assessment, I contacted Apple Door. An Apple technician refuted A1 Doors' findings, asserting that all installed components were appropriate for the door. Further attempts to verify component specifications directly with the manufacturer were hindered by Apple Door providing an incorrect contact number. Subsequent Apple Door inspections continued to dismiss my concerns, with technicians attributing issues to routine adjustments and emphasizing the expired warranty. I was met with resistance when I mentioned the used parts, and they stated it was my word against theirs. However, I documented the condition of the components with photographs and video. Upon a second inspection by A1 Doors, they meticulously recorded evidence of pre-existing damage, including a bent and cracked pole, which directly correlated with the ongoing performance issues. Had this component failed completely, it could have resulted in a serious accident.
