Reserved my airport pick up online about a month ago and upon reservation, they contacted me for confirmation and asking how many luggage and arrival time for my trip. About 2 days before my pick up time, they sent me text for confirmation and a driver contacted me directly for communication. Carlos was my driver and he was very attentive and professional and arrived on time upon our arrival. There was no wait and everything was working smoothly. I would suggest if people booked trip with car service, pls communicate with the driver directly and letting them know you landed, and custom line and luggage pick up etc...that will be easier for the driver to estimate time to pick up on curbside. read more

I found Rob's rides on Yelp. I wanted to book a Tesla model Y for our pick up and drop off for our cruise vacation. Easy booking online. Within the same day of booking request, I received an update regarding the vehicle availability, additional fees and car seat fee. Rob asked if I would be ok with changing to a small suv since the Y was not available, also with all cruise trips there is a $25 fee, and the price would be revised with a complimentary car seat. I appreciated the quick response and update. 8/7/23 day of the trip (RAV 4) Pick up set at 10am. I gave the driver 10mins grace period before I called Rob. Rob was very apologetic and quickly followed up. There was a snafu with the driver running late, the lack of log and in communication. He was very, very apologetic. Offered to still have his guy drive towards me until I can confirm my Lyft ride. I cancelled after getting confirmation from Lyft. It was pretty stressful since I had a timeline to check in but Rob went above and beyond to resolve this. Due to this incident, Rob refunded me for the trips and comp'd me the return trip. 8/11/23 Scott was our driver this day. Scott logged in early on their driving app so it stayed "you driver is on his way," while I was still on the ship. I texted him some time adjusts and he got back to me quickly. Pick up was very smooth. Scott was very nice, professional and also apologetic on the occurrence of our pick up trip. He brought all our luggage inside our home and even offered to bring it upstairs if we needed help. He truly went above and beyond on customer service. Scott and Rob made up for the snafu at the beginning. 8/17/23 Rob even sent me a follow up email to make sure everything went well and the refund through my credit card all went through. I know how exactly how the readers will feel when hearing about my pick up trip disaster but hey, we are all human and things happen. Some things are out of control but to take action for things we can improve on such as the communication and daily computer log in teaching by Rob (owner) with the first driver was appreciated.
