Elite Black Car Services is by far the best way to get to LAX! I've been using their services to drive myself and my family to LAX from Orange County for a few years now and their service is by far the best! All of their SUVs are like new and are super clean and well maintained. All of their drivers are excellent drivers and are very nice and helpful. They are always early so I'm always on time. For example I'm writing this review now being driven home in a Black GMC Yukon Elevation by a wonderful driver named Sebastian whose service and driving is top notch! I always pay extra for the "meet and greet" when I arrive at LAX which is so worth it to have the driver meet me in baggage claim and help with the baggage and walk to the vehicle. I like how Elite Black Car Services is super organized and embraces technology where is really easy to book and I get multiple text and email confirmations and I can even track my driver en route to pick me up. I needed to book transport for a family member from San Bernardino County to West LA and back and Elite Black Car Services was the easiest to work with. Other services wouldn't do it but EBCS will, just with an added fee. Reservations were all online and easy. Communication was great, I was kept in the loop the whole time. I was told the drivers were great, and my family member enjoyed the trips and the conversation. I had a billing hiccup but it was addressed immediately after my emailing them.
