I used "Age Well" to get to Dr. Pino's office months later and when I wasn't out side waiting for the driver, he just left, leaving me with no way to get home. Now it's time for YOU to admit that an error's occurred and get on with it! She's refusing to give us her name and about to lapse into high speed Spanish so we just leave! Ashley cares a lot about her patients by always making sure that we know exactly what she is doing and what it does to your body. After going a couple times, she started doing cupping with me and it was great! She explained to me how it detoxes the body and what it does to different parts of the body. The first time it hurt a little, but you could tell afterwards how much better cupping makes you feel. I have been to her over a handful of times and will continue going. I highly recommend trying cupping with her at least once!

They just moved into the offices from another office, so the only downside is it was inviting at first how bare it was with no decorations and boxes everywhere. She took her time with me. My veins had collapsed years ago for another medical condition so I was worried they were gonna poke and prod my arm. She gently took her time finding my small vein and got it the first time without picking my arm out like other doctors in the past. On top of that she did it herself, not a nurse. For approximately the past five weeks, Bridge Home Health & Hospice has been responsible for providing wound care services for my mother. Throughout May 10, 2026, we repeatedly attempted to contact Bridge Home Health regarding the wound emergency but were unable to reach any on-call staff. Calls were not answered, and no return calls were received. Despite advertising compassionate, reliable, and supportive care services, there appeared to be no accessible emergency support available that day. This lack of response is deeply concerning and appears unacceptable for a Home Health company entrusted with patient wound care and ongoing medical support. Their published materials state that they are committed to providing patients with the care, comfort, convenience, and treatment they deserve, yet in this urgent situation, no assistance or guidance was available and they never communicated.
