Been a patient with sathya for 5 yrs amazing dr horrible medical staff and everytime ive called i get the worst customer service . Rude dont care about the needs of patients . When we were in Orange County (Irvine for 12 years and Fullerton's for another 3 years) our quest for a good family doctor always continued until we moved to Corona and found Dr.Sathya 4 years back. She is an amazing doctor who totally knows what she is doing. Everyone in our family including my 10 year old adore and respect her. She listened to my complaints and exactly knew what to prescribe that made a huge difference in my life - I wish I met her earlier. I'm not a patient of Dr. Sathya's but I have two family members who are. I'm writing this review based on their experiences. On 2 separate occasions, Dr. Sathya has misdiagnosed my family members and failed to recommend the proper care, resulting in trips to the emergency room for emergency surgery both times. I went to this Dr. and explained to her i was having shaking in my head. I did not know exactly what it was so i gave her the best description i could. She was in a rush and really didn't want to listen to me . She gave me an EKG which i did not understand because i said nothing about my heart. So when that came back normal i told her i knew it would that was not my complaint. I then asked her can you refer me to get an MRI or something because something is wrong? She then told me "that is very expensive". I did not care about the price i was concerned about my health. She then wrote down 3 numbers of doctors on a memo sticky note and told me to call them. Any other Dr. would have given a written out referral. After that day i never went back to her. I went to a new Dr. and explained my situation, she showed concern and referred me to a neurologist. The neurologist had me take an EEG and an MRI , it turned out the shaking in my head was seizures i was having. I'm glad i did not go back to Dr. Sathya and i would never refer anyone to her. she wants to rush you in and out and not hear what you have to say. Worst office staff ever! I made an appointment for my husband for a DOT physical several weeks in advanced and one hour before the physical they call saying the doctor does not do DOT physicals. How funny because she did the last one and it is right there on their website that they do DOT Physicals. No reason given, no apologies, no anything my husband said it was like trying to talk to a zombie. This left him in a tight spot as he had a deadline to turn in the paperwork from the physical. My husband and I have been going here for years and this is not the first problem we have had with the staff. They have no personality and no professionalism at all!! read more

This doctors office has completely downgraded their service. I had an appointment scheduled to get a referral for my son. I provided the assistant who scheduled the appointment my number. Once I took time off work & took my son out of school to make the last appointment time. I arrived early and was told my appointment was canceled. I asked them if they called me & they said yes. I ask if they left a voicemail and they said yes. I asked what number they called and they gave me an incorrect number. I received an email requesting an appointment confirmation days prior. Why did I not received a cancellation email. I asked if any other doctors would see him since we only needed a referral. The answer was no there's nothing we can do. I am in complete disbelief of the lack of customer service this office provides. I will never return and would never recommend anyone here. read more

I took my 4 month old for his app, I made it clear it was 4 month Check up. I waited over an hour and the doctor was in and out well wasn't even a doctor she was an assistant . And come to find out they don't have all the shots for my baby . The nurse was so rough with my baby he had to change 2 bandaids to stop the bleeding . I called back 2 week a later to see if I can take him to get his shot they said u are on a call list because you have IEHP. What does my insurance have to do with anything ! Dr. Sathya is amazing. I found her once by accident about 5 years ago or so and I have since convinced the rest of my family and brought my growing family to her. The wait is not super long (you know when doctors book a day as seeing every patient for a half hour but they each take an hour?) She NEVER treats you like your crazy or dismisses your health concerns with dismissive glance and says "here take a pill." I'm a pretty sickly person and have had my run in with a ton of doctors who don't actually care about their patients but dr Sathya is not one of those. I believe she truly cares about everyone who sees her and she's not afraid to give it to you straight if you're doing something destructive to your health. I will go to dr Sathya and bring my family for as long as she is in business because she is amazing! Ps, not only is she great, but I had a really rare skin condition that she was able to pin point. We were very glad that we were able to get appointment right away. However dr. Sathya forgot to send my & my daughter's prescription to pharmacy. This morning I am fasting to get my blood tested but again dr Sathya forgot to send order to the lab so I'm sitting here waiting for her office to open. Dr. Saytha is an amazing primary physician. Prior to her I never really had a doctor I could count on. Every time I go to her with concerns she places me at ease. She really cares about her patients. When I was sick at he hospital, she called me on her own personal time to check up on me to see how I was feeling. read more

This physician is cold, unreliable and even had a lawyer threaten to sue me if I didn't remove my first review - so here's a quick, less-colorful, unarguable summary of my experience: Dr. ANURADHA SATHYA pushed Zoloft onto me without a diagnosis and told me not to research the symptoms or side effects when I got home. Appointments and meetings with specialists took weeks because they kept messing up the paperwork and sent me the incorrect contact information. It took me 3 weeks and a trip to a jaw specialist just for me to find out I had TMJ. On the plus side: she encouraged me to get health insurance and she did treat one of my ear infections in the very beginning but my experience fell apart after that and I am leaving a one star review because of the lawyer's threats. Ultimately, I would NEVER recommend her as I don't want to see my friends and family get sued or put on unnecessary prescription pills. read more

Dr. Sathya is great. She is thorough and effective. She either takes a good long look at my chart before I come in or she has an excellent memory. Either way she is great. The only reason I did not give her 5 starts is because of her staff. They are rude, unfriendly, mumble and do not look you in the eye when you speak to them. They make me dread calling. If I have an issue I have to call a lot because they never return phone calls. They are the only reason I would consider another doctor. read more

Rudest experience with a doctor I've ever had. When I called to inquire as to why my prescription had not been sent over to the pharmacy. Dr. Sathya simply yelled that she had and abruptly hung up the phone. She didn't even ask for my name. Completely bizarre...will never use her again. read more

Dr. Sathya has been our family doctor for about 4 years now and we have no complaints. She has great bed side manners and really takes time to hear you out. I've been going to Dr sathaya for about 3 years now and I have no complaints. The wait is never too long and I can actually get away with making a 9:30 appt and make it to work by 10:30. I've been to various docs where the wait is 30 mins - an hour the longest I've waited was probably 15 mins. The medical assistants are professional and Dr Sathaya herself is a very straightforward Doctor. As someone mentioned before she is not afraid to give it to you straight. After being treated very poorly by my previous physician last year, I knew it was time to find a new doctor. I am a creature of habit, and was very apprehensive about finding a doctor I liked and who I felt would take care of me. After much internet searching, I found Dr. Sathya. When I entered the office, I was very pleased with the cleanliness. I didn't have much of a wait, and Dr. Sathya was very pleasant, professional, and I felt very comfortable with her treatment. I am very disappointed with Dr. Sathya. My insurance assigned her as my primary doctor and I quickly changed to a different doctor. During my first visit, the office was not welcoming at all. Dr. Sathya never introduced herself to me and never said goodbye after my visit. It has also been 4 weeks and she has not put in a referral nor has she called me to go over my abnormal test results.
