to start off service was immaculate. the omelets were not at high quality and the breakfast sandwiches were HUGE. the pancakes were greasy and when they gave you the syrup it was not much and if you wanted more it was 1.50. they really only had a wide vernier yes of breakfast for it being a pizza place it didn't have much pizza. read more

We LOVE this place. Everyone we stay at our beach condo we have to eat here. We usually always try something different and every time it never fails. It is delicious! My favorite things are the penne alla vodka, cheese pizza, garlic rolls and mozzarella sticks. SO good. Highly recommend. read more

Possibly my worst experience eating out. We ordered two jumbo pizzas and server literally got mad at us. She said it will take more than 1 hrs- it arrived in 20- and then grabbed our menus swiftly before we finished ordering. What else..then she charged us 1 extra pizza... it took us another 30 min to get it resolved... pizza was OK but surely didn't wort all this frustration. Had pizza delivered to my hotel room. Only took 40 min and it was hot. Del starts after 5pm. Called at 4:45 and she had me call back.

Great pizza, but questionable billing practices. If you order a pizza with 3 toppings on one half and 3 toppings on the other you will be charged for 6 toppings, or overcharged $6.00. Not the end of the world but a little shady. They also add 15% tip on all bills , to regardless of the size of the party, which I am sure results in the tip.being doubled for those who are not paying attention. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Awful customer service that refused to serve half of us because the kitchen was closing, while another server told us to order at the window and saw the size of our party and there was still 10 minutes to close. Lady at the front yelled at us and had poor customer service the entire time and shut the window on our face. read more

Rocco's gets my 5 stars!! We found it on a side St and we're definitely not disappointed. A friend and I got a sausage and peppers sandwich w marinara and cheese -- AWESOME!! My husband got a slice of pizza which was really good! You have to try their fried mozzarella wedges. The server was nice. I am so pleased with everything here, we're traveling from California and looking for a kick back pizza parlor and we found it and even better it's right off the beach! We got the meat lovers pizza, hot wings and my daughter got a bacon cheeseburger which was soooo good ! If we ever get the chance we will be back for sure! read more

2/25/2019 We love Rocco's . We have lived in Hollywood over 21 years and eat there regularly . While its a Pizza restaurant by name it should be noted that all menu items are great . The Mahi Mahi is outstanding . Home made soups pasta fagiola and Manhattan clam chowder , not New England , are great and served with foccacia bread . The staff does not change often which is another good trait of this restaurant . Chris and Debbie have been there from day one . Over 20 years . Recently they stopped serving individual bottles of red and white wine . They previously served Cavit 187ml bottles just over six ounces . Now they only offer half bottles of Meomi . I don't wish to debate which is better but only to highlight that if you are having a slice of Pizza you can only get a half bottle . It is counterintuitive to me to understand how they expect a customer to accept this offering if they are only having a slice . Also noteworthy is that Cavit is an Italian wine and Meomi is California . When I inquired I was told by a server that Guy's (owner) wife had a friend eat there and she complained about the wine that they have been serving for years . Hilarious !!! Your the owner so change the wine but at the very least continue to offer your customers a glass of wine . read more

So the service here was great...but the pizza was awful, me and my friend both ordered single slices...i had gotten a combination of toppings and my friend had gotten one plane and one pepperoni, the pizza didnt seem fresh and on my slice everything seemed to just be dumped on the slice, i wanted pinapple but not the whole can. I wish there was a zero rating on this app. This by far has been the worst restaurant experience of my life. When my husband and I arrived the only table available was filled with dirty dishes we were waiting for a good 5 minutes standing on the side waiting to see if the bus boy would come clean it and never should up. While waiters walked up and down staring, not a single one attended to see what we needed. I had to approach a waiter and nicely asked her if the table could be cleaned. Her rude response was " you're going to have to wait for the guy" she turned around and walked away. 5 minutes later he finally came but half assed the job leaving behind crumbs and wet sauce spots on the table. I didn't let that really get to me. Just used a napkin. We waited and waited and waited no waiter showed up. The people next to us got there after and they were attended way before us. They automatically add 15% gratuity to your bill. OK, so we paid that amount... but then the waitress crumbled up our paper bill and the money when she returned our change. We confronted her about this and she blamed the cashier! Obviously, she was showing us her displeasure with her tip - Insane! (By the way, we Always tip 20% wherever we dine... unless an establishment automatically includes a gratuity, then that's the amount we pay). Too bad, Rocco's has good stromboli. We are from New York and the food here was absolutely delicious. We stayed at Margaritaville for 5 days and eat here every day! The pizza taste just like NY pizza. Buffalo Wings were a huge hit with everyone in our group. The spinach and goat cheese salad was amazing! One of the only places in Hollywood Florida where we got quick service! read more

Didn't have a good experience here at all. Came in with my family and had to watch the table to the left and right get serviced by the waitress as she continually walked passed us. After 10 minutes we asked for a menu and again watched her take drinks orders and bring back drinks to the tables around us without acknowledging us. We got up and left. To have to ask for a menu ask to have your drink order taken while everyone else is continuously getting service shouldn't be acceptable. I'm not sure if it's because we're black and it's assumed we don't tip or if it's because the tip is included in the bill automatically or if the server was overworked and didn't like having another table added to her section but we ended up going to another restaurant. read more

Very good pizza and hospitality. Slices are huge and very flavorful. Just like NYC pizza. Also had the cheesecake which was excellent. Good salads too. I used to love Rocco's pizza in Hollywood beach. I'm from NY and moved here 4yrs ago. Today the pizza was horrible. Very moochy and overly salty. They supposedly did it crispy which it was dark looking crispy however the entire middle part was way to moochy. Not sure if it's new management but def. went downhill. read more

The BEST and AUTHENTIC pizza that reminds me of when i was in Italy. The food and service are fantastic. When you eat at Rocco's, the staff, including Rocco, the owner him, make sure you're well taken care of. It takes a lot for me to complain, but after waiting an hour and a half for a cheese pie and our waitress not apologizing for leaving us with no water or checking on us for close to an hour, I had to talk to the manager who was rude and unapologetic as well. read more

There wasn't a wait when we went for dinner,however once seated we WAITED too long of a time for everything. The service here was the worst service I have experienced at a restaurant. It took forever to order a beer and water and that was the only beer and water we received the entire time we were there. We ordered a pizza with pepperoni, an anti pasta salad and garlic rolls. The pizza was delicious that's why I still gave 3 stars. The salad was average and the garlic rolls were soft and tasty, but they had a little too much butter for my taste (they were sitting in a plate of butter). We also ordered a pizza to go when we got our food. We were told it would take about 15 mins however we finished our meal and had no server for a good 30-40 mins. No offer to refill our drinks, no offer for boxes for our leftovers and no takeout pizza in sight. I had to get up and go inside to address the waitress and find out the status of everything. Her response was that she was very busy and would bring our pizza when it's ready. I understand when restaurants are busy and service slips a little but this was worse than that. I would not go back based on service alone, but I would consider ordering a takeout pizza because the pizza was pretty tasty. read more

One thing that Rocco's seems to have a knack for is hiring horrendous wait staff. Tonight was no different. We sat outside at one of the tables on their patio and while it was busy there are not all that many tables out there considering how much staff is hanging around. After 20 minutes we had still not been greeted or even given a menu; in other words we were ignored until I finally waved down a server who took our order. When more time went by and still nothing a second server came by and then a third all of which we gave our order to. We did finally get our soft drinks but I had to go up to the window to actually request our food (after an inordinate amount of time) which was only slices of pizza. Worse, the staff inside the counter were completely unaware of our order. It was a lot of effort to get food and drink from this abysmal wait staff. Finally after no food arrived I got up and went to the window; the window attendant (not the server) brought us our slices which had no taste and was akin to eating cardboard. Moreover, you pay a steep price to eat at Rocco's apparently due to their location next to the Margaritaville stage. Our check was over $13.00 for two cheese slices and two soft drinks, highway robbery. To add insult to injury Rocco's had the nerve to add a gratuity which was totally not deserved (the servers did nothing but bring us two soft drinks) considering the horrible service which was the worst I have ever experienced in any restaurant on Hollywood's Broadwalk. It would have almost been tolerable if the food was good but the pizza I had at Rocco's tonight was simply nasty. The service is so bad because the wait staff knows a gratuity is automatically added; this practice is not right considering how bad the service is and how indifferent the wait staff is. We were only a party of two (2) people and they still added a gratuity. Avoid, avoid, avoid. read more

Alright let me start by saying I normally have a five star experience here. The location is amazing and the food is great too! But late yesterday I returned with my niece and nephew and these children are pretty young so I was extremely bothered by the wait staff yelling and screaming. Not the wait staff but one or two particular workers they had one short chunky girl yelling and screaming at another and calling other employs terrible names and calling them a f***ing b**** and a man I would say three times the small girls size yelling and threatening her as well thankfully the small blonde girl just continued smiling and doing her job, And walked away..Now if this is the way they treat the employees mature enough to act like adults I am not entirely sure if I would like to return not to mention we had children with us that had to hear this girl throwing some sort of tantrum and cursing and yelling. And to top it off after her tantrum she proceeds to walk right out front and get on her phone and start yelling on her phone right in front of the door for about thirty minutes or so. read more

Went on a Thursday night. We were able to sit down outside without a wait. Food was average I had mahi and spinach. It wasn't bad but nothing special. My husband had lasagna he did not like it at all.my kids had pizza, although the eat it I tried it and it was average. Garlic rolls were ok.
