There was no high pressure just very helpful. I ordered a bike a week later and picked it up a week after that. We ordered a Hoist V4 Gym from RFC and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Jaimie was incredibly helpful as we were becoming familiar with the gym and the options. The communication post-order and the delivery couldn't have gone any smoother. They helped with placement and the shuffling around of other stuff to make it all work. I brought my 20-year-old bike to get a tune-up, and basically everything on it was broken. Jamie replaced just about everything, throwing in a few complimentary improvements, and it looked and felt BRAND NEW when he was done. I rode it soon after and it was mint. I RIDE my bike often, always, everyday etc... it's gotta be tuned up and done right the first time. Stopped into Roc fitness to realize that not only do they sell fitness equipment , nutrition, helmets, clothing, but they sell and service bicycles. How cool is that right?? Bonus, was able to have my bike completely tuned up and turned around in a very timely manor. The other nice thing I wish to point out it Jamie (the owner) was great and even made a few recomendation of things that I might wnat to keep an eye on (eventually replaces). He was even nice to suggested alternative replacement repair parts options and prices for future reference(which I thought was excellent). So no matter what the type of make, model, etc...please consider giving Rochester Fitness and Equipment a try !! oh and tell the "The Hoggle" sent you !!! read more

Haven't bought a new bike in years. Wasn't quite sure what would best suit me. The staff was incredible and went through all the options they have. They were very knowledgeable and patient. Dan was extremely friendly and seemed knowledgeable, however, he spent most of his time seemingly explaining how terrible of a product NordicTrack treadmills are. Not the time to tell me how crappy a product I purchased and for the same amount I could have gotten much better... He spent approximately 30 mins greasing various points on the treadmill and tightening bolts. At the end of it, he could not resolve the squeaking noise coming from the machine and told me it was because the folding mechanism. According to him, treadmill are not meant to fold and this causes unnecessary noise. I was then charged $140 and nothing was fixed. His advice was to turn up the music on my headphones. It would have been nice if I did not have to pay full price for a job that did nothing. This is a hefty price for no resolution. Disappointed that I paid this amount for some grease and tightening, my husband can do that. If Dan's experience with NordicTrack is that there is no fix for the noise other than completely taking the machine apart; it would have been nice to know from the start. Next time I will save my money. read more

Great shop.. very knowledgeable. Good selection Purchased a new Salsa gravel bike..was setup perfect before I left the shop..free tuneup after a few hundred miles. I got the bike back and was all dolled up better than new. And an another fre tuneup inthe spring. Any problems just stop in for minor adjustments.. Pleasure to do business with.
