The book cites Amazon, but same with Lowes: all part of American decline. Remember when I would put up with lack of service for 'warehouse' price advantages -- which are no longer available. In 10 years these horrid stores will probably be replaced by data centers. Now 80, I will presumably be dead by then -- fortunately.
