The salesperson (name I am currently forgetting) was very helpful, let me "test drive" multiple models, and was knowledgeable about different features. The employee told them that it was used as a trade-in, etc...I have no idea what he was talking about. I called that location many times over the next few weeks and spoke to this same employee who told me my vacuum was being fixed at another location, then that he was looking for it, etc...instead of being honest with me about what happened to my vacuum. I thought this employee was the manager/owner and I was not not sure how to proceed. I decided to stop in the shop one last time and that is when I met Todd, the actual manager/owner. I wish I had known about him before that day. I explained what happened and he was very confused. This had never happened before he told me. I even showed him my drop off slip. The vacuum was nowhere to be found. The employee was there that day and did not admit that he made a mistake and that he had misled me multiple times. Instead, he just kept telling us what a terrible vacuum brand this was. My vacuum was not old or terrible. In fact, it was still under warranty. Todd eventually called me and left a message wanting to know what date my family member was in the shop so he could check the cameras?!! I called him back the next day and left a message. However, no response. To this day, no one has responded. Never have I had such poor customer service. Instead of working with me and apologizing for losing or reselling my vacuum, they ignored the problem. So, no. I don't recommend using Supervacuum on Winton Road.

Alas, the fridge needed a part that had to be ordered and it would be Wednesday between 12:30-5:00 before they'd have it and could get back. We asked him to leave before he did anything else; still paid the full price for the visit; and ended up going elsewhere. (The company that came to do the actual work confirmed that there was no door error, nor need to repair our stack. We have no doubt that Potter was trying to take advantage of us.) Steer clear.

I did not even think to pay attention to the very small print…read moreon the very small receipt regarding the return policy because it was almost 2023 - who doesn't have at least a 30 day full money back return policy these days? I had surgery & couldn't lift more than 5# so I couldn't actually use the vacuum untill day 11 after purchase. Well, when I finally got to use it, I loved the vacuum itself but it was a lot heavier than I expected when it came to going up and down the stairs with it. It was also very bulky when it came to vacuuming around furniture, cat beds, etc in my townhome. I looked at the receipt to check the return policy and it's only 7 days for a full money return!!! OMG!! The sales person (owner? not sure) was pleasant & easy to work with during purchase (but who wouldn't be when you are about to sell one of the most expensive vacuums in your store). She did not verbally tell me about this 7 day return policy before purchase - that's bad customer service especially when she knew that I had surgery & couldn't lift the whole vacuum (I drove my car to the front door & she lifted the box into my car). I called today to clarify if my eyes were reading it correctly & she confirmed the 7 day policy & said very sarcastically, "well, that's why we have carpet so you can try it out in the store." Um, all I could do was move the handle part back & forth on the carpet to get a feel for the ease of moving it back & forth - she doesn't have a 2nd floor to carry the canister up & down (not that I could have done it that day anyway). Be a better business owner and either (1) make a more reasonable return policy or (2) ensure that you are 1000% transparent about the crappy return policy. Full disclosure - there is a 30 day return for "store credit" - however, this is a specialty vacuum store with very limited choices that are going to have similar heavier features as the one I bought.
