Only problem I have with them is that most companies I've worked with will apply the service call fee (~$125 in this case) towards the actual repair if a repair is needed, and Register Appliance does not. Generally, the service call fee is to cover the cost of sending a service tech out when no actual service is needed--and maybe covering a very, very simple fix (like tightening a loose hose or something). In this company's case, this is not true. To be clear, I was informed of this when I booked them, so this was NOT a surprise, but I was also in a bit of a tough spot, as my mother needed a working dryer immediately.

When we had no luck , he emailed me my receipt, which I lost and set up a service call for me. This people is why I go to this store and not a big box. There can be a delay in them answering the phones, but it's because they get busy. If you keep trying, they pick up and you can talk to a person! But a great repair person like Carlos who is respectful of property, dedicated to his job and does excellent work more than makes up for it. The dishwasher works better than it did before, surely because Carlos did more than put in the new pump, but did necessary cleaning.
