This was a bit concerning but even more so when he wanted payment to be made in cash for his assessment. I only had a check, which was ultimately accepted. He could not perform the necessary repair that day and said he would come back 48 hours later and confirmed an appointment. After calling several times, the owner asked for payment to be made in cash and when I said I'd prefer check or credit card, he then said he could no longer perform the repair. VERY DISAPPOINTING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have now had to hire a new company, and pay another diagnostic fee to assess my appliance issues, in which they performed several tests, and determined it was not even the same issue Tamarez Appliances said was the problem. After the problem was diagnosed, they got the part in a day or two and I scheduled the repair the next week when it was convenient for me. There can be a delay in them answering the phones, but it's because they get busy. If you keep trying, they pick up and you can talk to a person! The repair person does schedule 'I'm on the way' texts perhaps when they're not quite on the way. But a great repair person like Carlos who is respectful of property, dedicated to his job and does excellent work more than makes up for it. The dishwasher works better than it did before, surely because Carlos did more than put in the new pump, but did necessary cleaning. It took me awhile to write this review, but every time I use the dishwasher I say 'that broken pump is the best thing that could have happened; it works better than before.' I sent specific information on the machine and the problem. This is a newer model machine as well. The first tech that was sent over told me that he didn't work on these machines and kind of stood around and then gave up. This was not impressive. However, a different tech came the following day (Andres). And, he was able to take the machine apart and find the origin of the leak. The replacement parts were ordered. And, I was happy to see Andres a few weeks later with the replacement parts. He showed us the problem (a hole and crack in the detergent dispenser ... On a new machine) and replaced it in about an hour and a half. We were the 10th appointment of the day according to the appointment tracker. And he was still efficient and polite. So, while it was a rough start. I'm happy to say it got better!

After explaining that my problem was so common that they often ran out of the needed part, and it may be more than a week before they could get one. I explained that would not work because I was going out of town. He got on the phone and was able to secure the needed part. Came back within in hour and fixed my machine. Devaughn went over and above for customer service. I highly recommend this company.
