Second time I have been here. Equipment here is a little worn down and old. Feels like they could keep the bathrooms and the place a little cleaner. I do like that this place is better for smaller kids. It is not too large like some of the other play areas and I felt comfortable sitting down below and not being up in the structure the entire time. Also climbing spaces are smaller so not easy for parents to get up anyway. We had 5 kids under the age of 3 and they all were entertained for over 2 hours. Just don't go on the weekend when there are birthday parties! You will regret it! Also need to work on making the front gate a little more secure. Worried about a kid getting out.

10 days into February and they haven't taken down a January advertisement

This rating is depending on if you like their "no fox given" attitude (you may replace "fox" with another F word). First two employees did not talk to me or my kids (aside from paying the entry fee). No smiles or cheerful demeanor when we said "Good morning!" to one and "God bless you!" to the other one after she sneezed. Now the third one that arrived today was everything I would hope for and expect from an employee at a children's playplace. She was the youngest of the three so maybe the world has yet to be cruel to her and break her spirit, but I wish all employees were as nice and friendly as she was. Okay, going back to the attItude thing: - NO outside food or drink is allowed (aside from bottles/baby food). There are MANY signs but it was not enforced in the slightest - Doors were left open so my wandering and curious kid went into the party room, the supply closet with cleaners - No employee seemed to be observing the play area at any time in the 2.5 hours I was there - The snacks/drink cooler is accessible to any child that can stand. It's incredibly inconvenient but they didn't bat an eye at kids grabbing drinks they could reach and trying to walk aware before a parent made them put it back. So just be aware that many many many toddler hands could have touched it before you purchase it. - Theres a half door separating the play area and the front door with no security method in place. My 1 year old constantly pushed the half door open to make a run for the front door - Access to behind the counter (and into the kitchen, etc) is also easily accessible by a 1 year old Okay now regarding the play area: - I really like what they have to offer for the toddler area - Even though it's not for adults it's easy to access if your kid gets stuck/scared in the big kid area - Probably disgustingly dirty but no real signs of it - Kids love it! Make sure to create a playgroup 24hrs in advance with at least 5 kids to go Mon-Thurs for half price

We attended our cousin's daughter's first birthday party here. The place was pretty nice and spacious. Their pizza was also pretty good. The play area is nice and spacious. Big enough for kids and adults to play in it. We did bring our neice, so don't get any weird things flying around in your head. There's also an arcade corner for the kids too. It's definitely a dope place to be if you're a kid. Heck, It sorta reminds me of the old Caesar Land from when we were growing up. Thank you so much for reading my review. I hope this helps with your decision making experience. Enjoy your awesome yelptastic day!!!

My daughter loved it. Clean. Fun. Comfy chairs to sit in. Pizza was not good, chicken nuggets were ok.

Eating area is super easy and fast to setup.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would definitely come back! The kids had such a blast, the eating area is so modular for last minute birthday changes. Super helpful and clean

We salvaged a rainy day by going to Rochester play. This is such a cool place for kids; my daughter had a blast and cried for ten minutes when we had to leave. The place was clean and the staff was very nice. My daughter is 2 and started off in the toddler section first but after mastering that, we headed to the other side and I joined her in the climbing and going through tunnels and rope ladders and the slides. We had an amazing time and cannot wait time come back. $10 for an all day pass is a fantastic price. You're allowed to leave and come back!

We were looking for some indoor fun on a gloomy day. This place is close to home, we have been many times and each time have had a great experience. I had my 3 loves with me. While my 2 oldest had a blast and broke many sweats my 11 mth old wasnt interested. While there are signs all over stating no shoes just socks on play area we did see a few people miss out on that memo. The carpet area was very dirty to the point I decided it would be better off for me not to let my daughter crawl on it. I still recommend visiting!

Rochester play is a great indoor play option. We are in for the holidays from WI, visiting family near by. After being stuck inside for a few days we needed a place for our two-year-old to run around. I found this place on Google and when we arrived we are very pleased with the price point, it's a $8 per child, and no charge for adults. Our 2 year old was able to run around almost all of play options. We are very please with how clean it is. When we get hungry we ordered food at the café. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we got our food we are very pleased with the quality and reasonable price. When we visit family again this will definitely be in our places to stop at when we are in town.

Plenty of seating and you're able to see mostly everywhere in the play area from where you are hanging out and it's always super clean.

They have an awesome display of Lego collectible figures, but the prices are out of this world…read more Some routinely go for $40, some much, much higher, too, while the average price per figure for ones that I can get anywhere else is about $15. Even the cheapest ones, which are sold in huge quantities everywhere you can buy Lego mini figures, sell for almost $10 at the Robot Garage. I can and do buy those same ones at places like the drug store, Five Below and even Toys R Us for a couple of bucks. Do they have a large, even quite impressive, selection? Yes, but they are overrated and overpriced. They do have in-demand pieces and ones that have been retired or only were produced in limited quantities, but they are not so rare that the prices are justified on everything they sell. Come on, a lot of those figures I can and have gotten for $3 each and there is no need to spend that much on a little hobby. I was last here a the weekend after Thanksgiving. The customer service was so lacking that I'm tempted to not even give them a three star review because based on that one particular experience, although I've been here many times, was so downright horrible that I wouldn't even give them a one star except that I couldn't give lower. The guy that was supposed to be waiting on me basically walked off chatting on his phone and ignored every customer in there. It was near closing time, but there were a bunch of people waiting for assistance and he just walked off to take a personal call on his phone while staring right back at the line at the counter. Some nice girl that didn't really know what she was doing was forced to come to the front and take care of everything herself and mumbled apologies at us, but it wasn't her place to apologize, it was his. He disappeared and we never saw him again as we left the store. I'm still surprised that I bought the pieces I wanted, but they were ones that I was missing and I did want them. I do admit to having a little buyer's remorse over purchasing them with that guy's attitude. The store does have nice Lego displays for children and a huge selection, so that's what brings people through the door. It certainly isn't the customer service that is lacking in all areas.

That price included a ticket for my daughter and me, plus "dinner", tea, and dessert. "Dinner" for me was half a turkey sandwich with about 6 grapes. My daughter had about 8 grapes and 4 chicken nuggets. There was a desert tray on the table with cheese and crackers, a tiny rice krispie treat, a few marshmallows and gummy bears. Desert was a tiny teaspoon of vanilla ice cream with strawberry syrup. Because it's a tea party, the girls got pink lemonade in a tea cup and moms got hot tea. Elsa and Anna did a great job! They could sing very well, and were super nice to the kids. They did the best to keep them engaged and participating. The tea party was marketed to be for 2 hours, from 5pm to 7pm. I was quite surprised to to hear the announcement at 6:24 (i checked) that the party was over. Not even an hour and a half of the promised time?? That's quite a disappointment. The short tea party time, with the "dinner " that should have been advertised as hors d'oeuvres was very disappointing. If I'd paid about half the price I wouldn't complain, but over $65 for what I got was way way too much. I'd not recommend this to anyone unless the price is slashed.

Even more of a reason to not have children in this establishment. He most definitely yelled and slammed things around, it went on for 10 minutes and I have a 3 minute video of it... I am more than willing to post it also. Not slander if it's the TRUTH. ------------------------- We've come here about 6 times in the last 4 years. It has been about a year since our last visit. It's always empty here and we like that. Our most recent visit, was very uncomfortable. We went with our friends, so we had 2 moms and 4 children, ages range from 9 months to 4.5 years old. We were again, the only ones in there. My 18 month old was playing with the play food "outside of the play kitchen", and I was told that the play food needs to stay in the play kitchen. Ok, no problem. The entire time that we were there, the owner, was pretty much following behind our children, and picking up/organizing toys, AS THEY WERE PLAYING WITH THEM. Let the kids PLAY. No creative play allowed here! Seriously though, why are you even in the room?? It was more than uncomfortable at this point. The excessive rules make it extremely difficult for a child to enjoy themselves here. And that makes for a rough time for mom, which makes for an awful time for all involved. Anyway, this is where it gets good... I had left my sandals on, and didn't even realize until we were almost ready to leave. I have an 18 month and a 4 year old -- I was obviously preoccupied with my kids, the last thing on my mind was taking my sandals off. I understand and respect the policy of no shoes for cleanliness 100%. The owner, was giving a tour to a mom wanting to rent the space for a party. He stopped mid-tour, and very aggressively yelled (yes. he definitely yelled) "ARE THOSE YOUR OUTSIDE SHOES?" ... In shock, I apologized and said I would take them off, although I would be barefoot. He said "NO. YOU NEED SOCKS." I said well, we will be leaving now, no problem. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to "at the very least, take your sandals off to walk out", which I did. THEN...he went around the entire establishment SLAMMING toys and objects while putting them away. This went on for a good 10 minutes. Talk about not feeling safe while out with your children. At this point, I'm hurrying my kids up, but of course one needs a diaper and the other has to use the potty. Longest 10 minutes ever, I have never wanted to run out of somewhere quicker. I will never recommend this establishment, and will never return to this establishment, because I was not only blatantly disrespected for an honest mistake, but our entire party felt as if we were an inconvenience the entire time we were there. Just like several other reviews on Google and yelp... this man clearly does not respect women or children, which is his entire clientele. Moral of the story - Ran by a complete psychopath. I hope he receives the help that he needs. Avoid at all costs if you want to feel safe with your kids
