The $29 covers an examination, a brief (but in depth) massage chair session and some minor adjustments. Actual adjustments, aka cracking your back like a glowstick is $35. I was not expecting to spend more than $29 at my first visit so I was a little off-put, and that's why I'm giving it 3 stars. Their program, on the other hand, seems very reasonable, $99 a month for at least 6 months (with early termination fees if applicable) for 4 sessions a month, or $35 for any adjustment. They do not take insurance but keep their prices competitive and low. They use a lot of technology at this practice, including laser and cryotherapy. Might be your thing, might not be. Doctor seemed plenty knowledgeable and I was even sent home with a sheet displaying various stretching exercises.

Jackie had opened her office up specifically for me during the Holiday closure (V.I.P Treatment) to explain how her treatments were beneficial. After going through the process, she had determined that my pelvic bone was unaligned causing my right leg to be almost an inch shorter. After being put on the table and getting up, I could feel the difference. Unfortunately, I live in Brooklyn so I would not be able to continue treatments with Jackie unless I moved home. She quickly reached out to her fellow chiropractic peers to see who she could recommend in Brooklyn or Manhattan for me. I also had her tape up my knee with KT Tape as I currently have MCL, ACL and Cartilage Damage. I've read about how the taping process can help repair a torn MCL. I wanted to go to a female, and that's actually very hard to find! I came here to see Dr. Amy Kocherberger. I came here for several months. She was always very upfront with me, and told me she wasn't exactly sure what the issue was either. My appointments with her were helping, so I kept coming for several months. More and more time was going between appointments until I'd have pain again, so I was happy with it. I had a completely separate medical issue occur, and my doctor recommended I no longer go, so that's the only reason I stopped going for the time being. I do think the office could be a little cleaner. Sometimes I'd go in a room and the paper they lay down would still be there from the last patient. Everyone was always very friendly though, and the people at the front desk are also very nice. There's also a bathroom you can stop in to fix your hair on the way out, lol.

The only question for me is whether I would've gotten better by myself and even more so do I get better more quickly by using a chiropractor. I think so. One thing I do know Dr. Lange very likely is the best chiropractor in the County. I became aware of the doctor when my cousin needed a new chiropractor. I went to Angie's list as I was a member. I spent quite a while checking all the chiropractors in the county. One name kept coming up Dr. Lange. After the study I shared it to my cousin who had been using a chiropractor for years and years. She told me how great her chiropractor was but unfortunately the doctor was moving. As a result of my study she was going to try Dr. Lange. I said to my cousin Great tell me all about it once you meet the doctor! My cousin called me almost immediately after her appointment. I said Liz tell me what happened how was it? My cousin had an interesting way of answering it she said 'You don't know what you don't know'. I said Liz what do you mean? My cousin told me She had a really great chiropractor in the past but Dr. Lange was so much better thus she's 'You don't know what you don't know'. Well it got my curiosity going. A year later I had a neck problem and I was going to try Dr. Lange. This doctor was not the first time I had seen a chiropractor I have seen two others in my life. What I can tell you is the doctor took care of my problem almost totally the first time I saw him. I would say roughly 80% of my neck problem was gone. I saw him again about 4 days later and after that I was totally taken care of. If you are ever looking for a chiropractor you should definitely try Dr. Lange.
