The hand tossed and thin cracker crust was good. The meat lovers had frozen mass produced toppings vibes and the cheese had way too much cheese. It was almost a half inch thick but was normal on the meat lovers. I think they over do the cheese if you order no toppings. Service!! Placed a Togo order and that went fine, I told the girl I would be at the Bar. Sat down and nobody for ten minutes, now a young girl brings the guy next to me his Togo pizza and he orders another beer! I know she can see me but says nothing. Walks past me three more times and I'm invisible. I go back to talk to the person I placed the order with and ask if there is a bartender on duty and she goes to the kitchen. Five minutes later nothing. Finally I'm asked do you have an order waiting mind you there are two people at the bar me and the guy who has his order. I say I would like a drink please. Excellent!! Stopped in to pick up a pizza to-go while hubby and I were driving to Florida. The Cajun pepperoni caught my eye with the cane syrup being drizzled but I know my hubs like more meat than one so we went with the Everything On It pizza with a side of cane syrup to drizzle on so we could try it out. Probably the best pizza i have ever had in my life. We ordered a 10" BBQ chicken pizza and a 12" cheese lovers pizza. Both are amazing. The cheese has very rich cheese flavors. The BBQ chicken is jam packed with chicken, bacon, red onion, and bbq sauce. I thought it was a tad expensive until i tasted it. This is no pizza hut pizza, it is well wprth the money. read more

We always stop by Rochetto's on the drive on I10 to Florida. It's such a great little oasis pretty far into the drive with clean bathrooms, friendly staff, and great food. My family loves the cracker crust pizza which is never soggy and always crisp, and this time I ordered the chicken Italian sandwich. It was loaded with moist chicken that was very flavorful, I loved the sauce and the bread was fresh and crispy. I would order it again, and the pizza has had us coming back for years. I highly recommend anyone in the area check this place out! The exit from i10 is a bit awkward since you have to go south of the highway to a roundabout to a street running parallel to the highway, but its worth the minor detour. read more

I'm not sure how I haven't rated this place before because I've been here 25 times in the last few years. If you read my reviews you will find that I love Italian and I have two favorite pizza joints. One is in Hammond, La and one is a Chicago area local chain. The food here at Rochetto's ranks high up there with me and is probably the best pizza in Lafayette. My personal favorites are the BBQ chicken pizza and the meat lovers. I will also add in a tip to order something not on the menu that you will love. Order a meat lovers and get the BBQ sauce instead of the regular sauce. It gives an extra sweetness that is just awesome. It should be a regular item on the menu. The appetizers are also excellent and I always get the cheese bread, mozzarella sticks and the Italian fries which are a different treat. The dining area is pleasant and fits well with the price range. If you don't want to eat out they also have pickup and if you don't want to leave the house, they are also on WAITR app. Enjoy! read more

I was craving some spaghetti. I had been to Rochetto's a few times for pizza and I've always enjoyed the casual comfort of their bar area. I've always received excellent service at Rochetto's. Today was no exception but the reason I'm writing this is the spaghetti! It is truly one of the best spaghetti sauces I've eaten in my life. Stopped by this pizza place on the way to NOLA...boy, did we luck out. Very clean place with a sweet and attentive staff. The four of us shared fried cheese (6 sticks) for an appetizer. We ordered a large bacon and pepperoni pizza...ended up being the perfect amount - 2 good-sized slices for each of us - each slice loaded with crispy bacon (soo good) and pepperoni. read more

I have been to the Rochettos in Scott a few times, the pizza was great rate the Lafayette store 5 stars. However a new Rochettos opened in Crowley. I ordered what I usually order, found it a little too spicy for that type of pizza. The place was very clean, prices very fair. The young waitress was very nice, but wore a nose ring. That's fine, but serving food I find it unappetizing to see something protruding out of a body orfice.She would have gotten a much better tip, if she didn't have that gross ring in her nose. read more

We were very impressed with this restaurant, and were surprised to find this place practically empty at 5 pm. The food was great -- we ordered onion rings, fried pickles, spaghetti, chicken Alfredo, and shrimp Alfredo. Everything was delicious. The service was great and our server was kind. Unfortunately we were just driving through. If this place was closer to home we would come often. Great place! Keep on going. This place was very average. Slow, unattended service, expensive for what you get. Had to keep flagging down the server. Never check on us. Soup, broccoli cheese was extremely thin, plus was bread stick (hot & delicious). Pizza was way over cooked. Very dark brown just this side of burnt. Salad, typical bagged with croutons and half a hard boiled egg. But the worst was. After telling Mgr. we were waiting for our change. Servicer showed up with it. But instead of bringing our actual amount of change she just brought big bills so we would not have anything small to tip with!!! Nice trick. We did leave tip she wanted but did not deserve. I love a little local Italian spot. We randomly picked Rochetto's for dinner and we're Mickey surprised. I absolutely loved my Cajun pepperoni pizza. The sugar cane drizzle with the jalapeños and pepperoni were an amazing combination and their wood fired thin crust was perfect. The house salad was different and very tasty. My husband had the shrimp Alfredo which he said was good. Our server was very attentive and very sweet. All in all a thumbs up! read more

We were tired of Cajun food and pizza sounded great and we saw this place conveniently located just off I-10 near our hotel. Didn't realize we were comingin just 20 minutes shy of closing. We were going to leave but they insisted theyd be happy to seat us. We had the Cajun pizza with tasso on it and it was very good. This was a great place with great service and very good food. We ordered E different pizzas and a pasta dish they were all delicious. I have never ordered a pizza that was as hot as this one was when it arrived to the table. The pasta dish was good but I am a lover of spice so I thought it needed more pepper or some red pepper flakes to give it some kick. Stopped by on our way through and it was a nice atmosphere with good food. Had the Large Rochetto house salad that easily could be split among 3 or 4 people if eating with pizza. Pizza "thick" crust was actually crispy and thinner than we thought a "thick" crust would be. But REALLY good. We personally had great service but the table behind us got forgotten when the restaurant wasn't even full. Great bar area with lots of TVs throughout restaurant. read more

Bad experience today. Stopped in for a quick bite. Quick bite turned into a long lunch because a couple of kid's baseball teams came in. Manager on duty would help the waitress occasionally with the team tables but none of the other tables that were in before the teams arrived. We knew our waitress was swamped and tried to be patient. But when you watch the manager not do her job then you become irritated. I told our waitress that her manager sucked and how we totally understood why our waitress was frustrated. The manager's cousin heard this and told the manager. The manager came out of the double doors to the kitchen mad as a hornet to confront me. Who with any class represents a restaurant like this? So the manager asked me if I have a problem. I told her yes, that she sucked by not helping the other waitresses wait on tables. She continued with lame excuses and raising her voice. I never apologized. Training to this manager needs to be done. Food was great. Management was out of line! read more
