The purchase price included a $400.00 national brand rebate and a $70.00 install delivery rebate. The rebate information is clearly indicated on the invoice. Despite many phone calls to Thomas Appliance and specifically to their Sales Manager, Ken, we have not received the rebate monies. During the last telephone conversation with Ken in February 2017, he indicated that the problem was in working with "foreign speaking" customer service representatives at the rebate center. In March, We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Thomas Appliance did not respond to the complaint.
