The fantastic cleaning lady was such a joy to talk to about local places to visit. Booking this place was extremely easy, once confirmed, I received my check in dets the day of. My only issue I have is the website: it's listed as a B&B which is why I picked this place... I do not like going places to get breakfast... I like to get up.. grab breakfast on-site.. then leave. This lovely place was the last major stop on a six week road trip. We didn't want to leave! Our cottage (Rose) was wonderful and the amenities were generous. The two women who took care of housekeeping were fantastic - friendly, helpful, and kind. Our host, Steven, was fantastic. His breakfasts were beyond fabulous. We were thrilled each day with our meal, which lasted us throughout the day. We only wish we lived closer because we would be there often. These quaint little garden cottages hold a special place in my heart. My wife and I first discovered them on a Veteran's Day weekend 10 years ago and have been coming back every year since even multiple times throughout the year. They are very reasonably priced, and every cottage has a jacuzzi tub and fireplace. The breakfast is out of this world good and they are conveniently located close to downtown. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The hostess Kathy was very friendly and accommodating as was Renee. The place is very cute and has a lot of interesting and enjoyable decor. The breakfast was delicious and they accommodated my wife's gluten free needs. The cottage house was the perfect cozy size and we really enjoyed the Jacuzzi. The bed was very spacious and it was nice to have a fridge and coffee maker provided. It was great to have our own parking spot as parking seems to be a premium around here. My husband and I just returned home after staying three nights at this B and B. The cottage we stayed in was adorable, and had all of the room amenities that we needed (they even had a hair dryer for me to use as I had forgotten mine). The room was very clean, and the king size bed was extremely comfortable! We loved having a mini-fridge in the room also as we were able to store leftover food in it. If you stay here, I highly recommend that you pay for the gourmet cooked breakfasts. Kathy and Renee (the ladies in the kitchen) are AMAZING! Both my husband and I agreed that the three breakfasts we had at Rock Cottage were the best, most deliciously cooked foods we have had in years (I wish I cooked as good as Kathy)! Everyone at Rock Cottage Gardens was super friendly, and were extremely welcoming. We make the trip to Eureka at least once a year, and we are planning on staying at Rock Cottage Gardens again and again. It is truly a wonderful little gem in an extremely awesome town :) read more

5 little cottages and a guest house with wireless, breakfast and a big tv. Rooms have a hot tub and some also have a stall shower. We were in #3 which had a V-shaped hot tub and a stall shower in a little bathroom. Room was kind of gaudy-colored, but nice. Bed was a queen and very comfortable considering I'm 6'3". There's a nifty gas mini-fireplace that was a nice touch, and a mounted heater just below and to the right if you need a blast of real heat. Air conditioner in the window for summers. Tall ceilings in the cottages made them feel airy. Decent selection of movies to borrow, but the tvs are really tiny - we brought my Mac and watched the DVD in bed. read more

We spent one night here on Lady Susan & friend was in the Hummingbird. We loved the cozy room w/ soft bed, huge tub, screen door, fireplace. Breakfast was phenomenal! Quiche, French toast, maple bacon, potatoes with asparagus, asstd fruit cup, sweet rolls...yes, all of that! We loved sitting in the garden chairs at night and in the morning. There's a Trolley stop in front of the cottage. Owner Kathy was so sweet, we will visit again very soon, highly recommend this place. read more

My girlfriend an I stayed one night here for a weekend getaway. We were beyond please with the cottage and the amenities, not to mention the hospitality shown to us by the owners. They greeted us with open arms and even upgraded us to a cottage with a larger bed due to it being open, but only charged us for the price of the cottage that we had previously booked. When we go back to Eureka Springs, we will not even bother looking for another B&B or hotel. The Rock Cottage Gardens will be the place for us. Also, they are military friendly, the only one that I could find that shows gratitude for our military men and women. read more

We went to Eureka earlier in the year and our hotel experience was so poor I was almost ready to not return. However, on a whim I booked this place for the weekend and we absolutely fell in love. It was clean and quaint. We really loved it. In addition, my partner is vegan and they absolutely catered to our requests for both breakfast services. Our meals were so masterfully prepared that the other carnivorous guests were often asking us, "What are you having?" It was honestly the best. I cannot recommend this place enough. read more

So if I hadn't previously been to eureka springs and been treated like royalty, I would probably have only good things to say about this place. However, I've definitely had better accommodations at hidden springs B&b. I'll start with the good: the breakfast is amazing, the bed was so comfy, sheets were luxurious and soft, our jacuzzi was so deep and relaxing, and the gardens are very serene and well tended to. Now for the bad. The wifi was really bad and my cell service doesn't reach so I basically had no signal the whole time I was there. I was in the farthest cottage from the main house and any time I would try to connect to the wifi it would immediately disconnect me. They had a separate business wifi that had excellent signal that I couldn't have access to. Also, they are super stingy and you get a welcome package the first night but we stayed 2 nights and when I asked for more chips the man owner told me they only give snacks as a welcome and reluctantly gave me 2 bags of chips. Do I have to check out and back in to get another snack???? I'm paying $160 a night and I'm a breastfeeding mom so I don't think more snacks is too much to ask. Oh and you're only allowed 2 sodas per day and there's several signs in the room telling you what you're allowed to do, and they wrote in sharpie on their shampoo body wash and conditioner saying not to take it out of the cottage which, I wasn't going to, but come on. It's suave. What was it, $1.50? The room is also pretty small, especially given the fact that we brought our daughter. It really wasn't enough room to do much of anything except sleep. Oh also they give you a 30 minute window from 8:30-9 to come get your breakfast which I thought was kind of annoying. We will be staying at hidden springs next time, he was available to us night and day and we could have all the snacks we wanted, and he brought breakfast to us at whatever time we wanted. read more

My sister and I decided to have a last minute weekend getaway. The Rock Cottage is one of the few places that provides one night stays (most places have a two or three night minimum). The cottage and the surroundings are lovely and very welcoming. The cottage is a great option because you have your individual studio apartment for your own privacy. The room came stocked with thoughtfully stocked beverages in a fridge, snacks (which we really appreciated after a long drive) and soaps and such for the jacuzzi. The innkeepers were very friendly and offered lots of great suggestions for food and fun. They also provided a wonderful breakfast the next morning. I would highly recommend this inn. The only drawback we found was that we had to drive to downtown because the trolley does not pick up after 5 p.m. and the inn is a bit too far for walking on a mostly uphill return. Well worth the price, particularly since we were allowed a one night stay. read more
