MJ was responsive and answered the many questions I had. I asked for more detailed photos and a short video. MJ was happy to get those to me quickly. Paperwork was easy and He stayed in touch throughout the process. Title arrived quickly and via certified mail. Price and condition of the Harley was spot on. No surprises when I took delivery and a great deal. Battery had a decent charge and fired right up. Shipping: Haulbikes was who RTT used to ship the bike to California. The overal shipping experience was positive and Haulbikes did send me an initial ETA and email updates along the way. Haulbikes was a couple weeks later than their original ETA but that was still more than a week EARLIER than what MJ had told me to expect. MJ did a great job setting the correct expectation around shipping times. Overall a fantastic buying experience. The owner first told me he would have plenty of ATV's available and to come in on a Saturday after I visited the store on Wed. and he closed early. He said he would call me on Monday before Christmas to confirm he put the ATV together. He never reached out, then when I reached out on Tues. he tells me very rudely he will get to it when he gets to it and I will know because he will call me. Again, I was upset that the owner was talking to me this way but moved on. The next day he tells me he doesn't have the red ATV only blue and this is the day before Christmas Eve. Turns out he sold the one he sold me and expedited another one but got the wrong color. He blamed it on the manufacturer saying he could not see through the box. No apology only combativeness. Started to get very rude with instant messages and told me not to tell him how to run a business and to F-off, etc. and that he would refund me. So I had to scramble and drive hours to another dealer to get a gift in time for my kids and he still continued to refuse to refund my money and tried to impose a restocking fee and cancellation fee etc. After I wrote a bad review, he threatened me.
