Great out-of-state purchase experience with Road Track & Trail!…read more MJ was the salesperson that helped me purchase a 2018 FLHC Harley Davidson, shipped to me in California and arrived in great condition. MJ was responsive and answered the many questions I had. I asked for more detailed photos and a short video. MJ was happy to get those to me quickly. Paperwork was easy and He stayed in touch throughout the process. Title arrived quickly and via certified mail. Price and condition of the Harley was spot on. No surprises when I took delivery and a great deal. Battery had a decent charge and fired right up. Shipping: Haulbikes was who RTT used to ship the bike to California. The overal shipping experience was positive and Haulbikes did send me an initial ETA and email updates along the way. Haulbikes was a couple weeks later than their original ETA but that was still more than a week EARLIER than what MJ had told me to expect. MJ did a great job setting the correct expectation around shipping times. Overall a fantastic buying experience. I would not hesitate to purchase from RTT again and highly recommend them to California and out-of-state buyers. Thank you MJ & RTT for making my first motorcycle buying experience a great one.

He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He was not my original salesman so had no obligation to me. My original salesman was also good (not working at this time) but I did not grasp everything at the initial time of taking ownership of the truck and needed a refresher. Matt gets top rating for the time he was willing to spend with me and his way of explaining how to use all the bells and whistles the truck has to offer, Also Larry in after-market sales was in even though it was his day off and was able to help me on a matter related to my wheels. I called (6/23/26) in to discuss buying a 2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid Max Platinum and somehow…read moreended up stuck on a 30+ minute call with David (Dave). I've dealt with plenty of dealerships over the years, but this was hands‑down one of the most obnoxious, condescending interactions I've ever had. The second I asked a completely normal question about whether there was any flexibility on price -- not a huge discount, not some wild demand, literally just a basic buyer question -- he instantly flipped into lecture mode. Talking over me, laughing, acting like I was out of line for even asking. The attitude was unreal. It felt less like a sales conversation and more like getting scolded by someone who thinks they're doing you a favor by letting you buy a car. Then I checked their reviews and realized this is just who Dave is. Multiple people describe the same crap: long lectures, talking down to customers, mocking people for asking basic questions, acting like he's the gatekeeper of Toyota pricing. My experience wasn't unique -- it was the pattern. And the scare tactics? Don't even get me started. He kept insisting that "every other dealer will charge you thousands more," which is complete fiction. Every dealer I've talked to is at MSRP with no markups, and several have already given me written quotes that are lower than Pauly's. One even knocked money off immediately with zero attitude. Meanwhile, Pauly's over here trying to convince me the rest of the market is imaginary. Then today (6/25/26), another rep from Pauly doubled down with the same energy -- implying the other dealers I'm talking to "might not be transparent" or "won't honor their numbers." Funny, because the only place I've gotten shady, condescending nonsense has been Pauly Toyota. The projection is wild. I was ready to put down their $1,500 deposit, more than 20% down, and use my own financing. I wasn't asking for anything crazy -- it's a Toyota, not a six‑figure luxury car. Even a small discount still leaves them making plenty. Instead, I got attitude, lectures, and zero respect for my time. If Pauly wants to advertise transparency and fairness, maybe start by not treating customers like they're stupid for asking basic questions. Based on my experience, the only thing transparent here was the arrogance.
