We purchased $3300 of tile and supplies for a hall bathroom remodel. I love the tile, wall, floor…read moreand accent. They had a good selection. I was told I could return any unused tile. When I took the unused tile to the store, I was told I had to take it to the north Dallas distribution store, and only full boxes with the lot number on it was accepted. They over estimated $1000 worth of tile. That's about 30%. That alone is crazy, but then they didn't take back any partial boxes ? A couple of the employees had good customer service skills after the sale, but most did not. They were pretty good during the purchasing process, however, once you paid they were rude. I had to expedite shipping from New Jersey for extra trim pieces to finish our project by the end of the week. They said I would have them in 2 days. I got them 4 days later, which put our project off another several days because they arrived on the weekend. They told me "it's on your receipt" that they didn't take partial boxes. When I reminded them I didn't get a receipt until after I paid, I was told it's also on the email. Again, I didn't get an email until after I paid, plus they changed their policy regarding partial boxes recently. Too late for me, but maybe not for you. We have two more projects to go, but they will NOT be getting our business.

We were looking for instock selections only and we were informed that they can pull stock from any of their locations so technically most of it was always Instock. They provided us with our tile selection and gave us a few pieces so we could really see all the different colors . Our pm was able to call and order the tile that day and we had it installed after everyone came back from holiday break. Beautiful selection, it was our first time there as it's our first build and we were in and out in about 20 minutes.
