The gym is consistently dirty, from the workout floor to the restrooms, sauna, and even the outdoor training area. These spaces should be cleaned and sanitized regularly, especially in a fitness facility where hygiene is so important. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that the cleaning staff are often on their phones instead of maintaining the facility. On multiple occasions, the manager has been locked in the office using a personal phone rather than being visible on the gym floor or addressing the condition of the club. Members pay a premium to work out in a clean, well-maintained environment. UFC Gym has great equipment and potential, but the lack of cleanliness, visible management, and attention to detail has significantly impacted my experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the facility for its members.

We couldn't be more thankful for Sifu Cherry and her team, they work very well with my son. We started with 1:1 classes before integrating him into group classes. My son would elope at home, at the the store basically anywhere, with the help of Fight Foundation my son hardly has that issue now. MMA has taught him discipline and to follow directions. They instructors are great at reinforcing positive behaviors and nipping the bad ones. My son is learning to interact with his peers better and he is equipped to defend himself. We've been with Fight Foundation for many year and highly recommend them. It's also by far the cleanest gym around. I dropped in with some friends for a Sunday gi class with Coach Jose Ramirez who taught some awesome spider guard details. The curriculum and teaching approach was fantastic. All the students and teachers there were so welcoming and accommodating and helpful. The facilities are top notch. The mats are super clean. They have showers, and I think even a sauna. Culture is often the most important part of any combat sport academy and West Coast MMA has it in spades. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would 100% recommend this academy to anyone, whether they are experienced competitors, brand new to Jiu Jitsu or combat training, or anything in between. My business was at risk of closing, my family was splitting apart, and my training was lacking big time. Basically, I was struggling in just about every way you can imagine. The instructors and training partners at Morumbi have added so much positivity and inspiration to my life. Since day one, I've seen nothing but respect and quality jiu jitsu. The family behind this academy is legit, 100%. They do an amazing job, they are great human beings, and I highly recommend them.

Once you sign up, don't expect much understanding or flexibility if your circumstances change. In my experience, even after leaving the state/country and no longer being anywhere near the gym, they were still determined to hold me to the membership contract and continue collecting payments. The way this was handled completely changed my opinion of this business. Jiu-Jitsu is supposed to teach discipline, integrity, respect, accountability, and doing the right thing. Unfortunately, those values did not match what I experienced as a customer. It felt like the membership contract and collecting money mattered more than treating a customer fairly. There is a big difference between running a legitimate business and hiding behind a contract to squeeze money out of someone who can no longer even use your facility. If this is how you treat your customers, don't be surprised when people leave negative reviews and warn others. I would not recommend this gym. If you're thinking about joining, be extremely careful about what you're signing and how difficult it may be to get out of the membership. Based on my experience, there are plenty of other places I would rather spend my money.
