The gym has members at all weights and experience levels but everybody is great at rolling with any belt level in a way that helps everybody improve. There are other high level grapplers in addition to the coaches, all of whom are always game to help newer members improve. A lot of the guys here were wrestlers and play a takedown and top heavy game, which is perfect to work on your guard or get better at takedowns/ defense. My guard retention and leg lock game has leveled up exponentially since coming here.
