Their decor matches the rock n roll them with guitars and other musical aspects throughout their branding. Fried rolls aren't my thing and they have plenty of them! ROCK N ROLL SUSHI WILL PRESS CHARGES IF YOU ASK FOR A REFUND...We were eating at Rock and Roll Sushi. We ordered wontons, sushi, and ramen. When the ramen arrived it was extremely salty and I could not eat it, so I told my server that I did not want the ramen. She offered to remake the ramen, but I told her no because I didn't want to risk it being salty again. The server also tells me that the restaurant doesn't honor refunds and all sales are final. I told the server that policy was not listed in the menu, and I did not want to pay for something I did not eat. The manager instructed the server to call the police even though I never left the restaurant and I mentioned that I would pay for the food I did consume. The manager explains it's not the restaurants fault I didn't like the taste and that she is going to press charges against me for theft of service. While it appears this matter will now be handled in court, it is vital and more importantly, professional, that this corporation includes their refund policy on the menu so that customers are aware, and are not threatened to have charges pressed against them because they did not like a dish that was created at the restaurant. read more

I loved the creative menu however the food did not live up to the hype. I ordered two rolls. I was really disappointed. It tasted like the sushi you get at the grocery store. The crab meat on top of one of the rolls was so salty, I had to scrape it off. I paid over 50.00 for the two rolls so I was upset to have wasted that much money on below average sushi. Husband and I went to the downtown Rock and Roll Sushi early on a Friday night. We found parking easily. It was quiet inside with few people eating but it did seem like they were doing good take-out business. I ordered the rainbow roll and the unplugged roll. I enjoyed both but thought the rainbow rolls were too big and hard to eat. I prefer when it is easy to eat in one bite. It seemed like a lot of rice in proportion to the other ingredients. The unplugged roll was served flat and was super slippery and hard to eat, but tasty. Our server was very nice and helpful. I got a pickup order here last night. This was possibly the best sushi roll I've ever had in ever. I got the Thriller roll. It's a warm roll. Picture deep fried shrimp and crab meat. It's a bit pricey at almost $13 but worth every penny. I would recommend if you get sushi here to either order two rolls or one roll along with an appetizer or a main dish. I was only inside for a few seconds to pick up an order, but it's so pretty that I want to come back inside to actually dine here. I can't wait to be back! The only reason this is not a five star review is that the sidewalk is lower than the actual restaurant. There was a sign to watch your step when you are coming in so I was fine, but by the time I left I forgot and almost fell LOL!
