We came here for an early dinner on a weekend and were able to get a seat right away which was great. Our server seemed to be serving most, if not all, of the tables, and was running around like crazy, but barely had time for each of her tables. She was great, but we felt bad that she was trying to manage so much. The food was okay - our waitress upsold us on a few add ons without specifying the additional cost. We figured the upsells would cost money but $6 for basically an avocado salsa on the sushi was a bit much. We hadn't seen this topping as an option on the menu but the waitress sold us on it. It made the sushi fall apart and required chopsticks AND a fork to be able to eat it. The sushi would have been better without this add on. Also tried the chicken hibachi dish which was pretty good. Disappointing Experience at Rock 'n' Roll Sushi I recently visited Rock 'n' Roll Sushi in downtown Little Rock and was thoroughly disappointed. Upon arrival, the sign instructed guests to wait to be seated. However, I was neither welcomed nor addressed by any staff member, leaving me standing awkwardly at the entrance. Eventually, I decided to seat myself at the bar, even though I preferred a table. To make matters worse, the bartender was not attentive. Despite my efforts to catch their attention, I felt ignored and undervalued as a customer. This lack of service and hospitality was incredibly frustrating and detracted significantly from my dining experience. Rock 'n' Roll Sushi needs to improve their customer service, starting with properly acknowledging and seating guests. Until then, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience. Sushi and (cold)Wontons were not pleasing. I see now that I should have read the reviews on yelp before visiting. Others have expressed the same issues. read more

I got the sashimi salad (came as pictured). It only came with Tuna, supposed to have 3 varieties plus crab sticks. I did not say anything because honestly I was distracted by the ridiculous amount of sauce and the quality of the tuna, it was old and fishy. Also got the Crowd Surfer, and we did not finish it. The flavors and textures were all off, and if that was the first time I ever had sushi, I would never eat it again. I had a coupon and it was still a waste of money. I never see myself eating here again, and this is one of the worst reviews I have ever left. I didn't want to be mean and leave less than a 2. We went to the 1224 main st. location in Little Rock on 2/11/23 to celebrate my son's birthday. This was his restaurant of choice. We paid for parking (either that or walk 3 blocks) went in and the person hosting said it would be 30-45 minutes. We said ok and waited in the car as there's no place to sit as we wait. I received the confirmation text we were in line. After 50 minutes of waiting, and watching others come and go, I went back in and asked how much longer he thought it would be, without hesitation or even looking at his book he's said 20 more min. as he was talking to me out of the side of his face, walking away. First time in my life I've felt discriminated against in public since high school. We left without confrontation or incident, and are still waiting for my table to be ready.... I will try this restaurant one day, but will never recommend this location. read more

I tried to give it another chance and sit at the bar but I sat there for almost 15 min without being greeted then was given a drink menu and left again so I had to flag someone down for my drink order. Throughout my visit I had to flag someone down again for my appetizer entree and dessert order each time. I asked for soy sauce for my roll and was never given it so I had to flag someone else down for it. I was sitting right in front of the computer and was never talked to, asked how my food was or anything. I ordered this on doordash and the serving sizes were SO SMALL. I paid $6 for a CUP (yes i measured it!) of fried rice. I could go to the store and buy 2 bags for that price. The sushi rolls were also extremely SMALL. They did not taste fresh at all. The rice also had so much soy sauce. I make better sushi and fried rice compared to what I was served. Main Street location. The food is good, but the service isn't. I placed an online order on 7/10/22. I ordered my food along with fried rice (with no eggs.) Upon picking up my food, the server brought out our food along with a few other pick orders That she placed on the table and then handed me mine. Once I got to my car, i look at the fried rice to be sure there were no eggs due to a severe allergy that my daughter has. I didn't see any eggs (at first) then I hand the friend rice to my daughter because it was for her. She moves the fork around and then finds chunks Of eggs at the bottom of the container under the rice. I took the food back inside immediate. The service said that she accidentally gave me the wrong container, then proceeded to give me another container of fried rice, however it looked the same as the last container and I no longer wanted it because I was upset that my daughter could have eaten the eggs that were at the very bottom of the container. I was told that I would get a refund/credit For the friend rice. i have not received anything. I spoke to an on duty manager today around 11 AM who said that she would call me back today with a refund for the fried rice. I have not received a call back nor have I received my refund! I will never eat here again! Update: 7/14/22... So far I've had 3 people say that they will give me a refund and then call me back. I have not received neither. I have spoken with Ryan as well who started I would receive refund, and still not refund. Update: 7/15/22 got a call from stating that I would receive a refund and it would take 2/3 business days. I spoke with manager Anggle. 7/19/22: Still no refund. 7/24/22 Still no refund. 8/23/22 The owner has reached out to me. I'd actually had given up on this. But I am so happy that the owner cared to reach out. They sent me a gift card in regards to this.
