Had two lengthy conversations prior to sending it in because I had been forewarned on how they operated. I was reassured in both conversations. They received the gun and sat on it for over a month. They provided a quote that exceeded the value of the gun which included numerous items I did not ask for - and that I had clarified I did not want done before sending it in. I was put on a long hold by Derrick who spoke to supervisor Mike (initially refusing to provide their names), who then came back and refused to do any of the items I had asked for unless I paid the high tax! Ironically they were predicating the tax on the idea that the gun might require repairs somewhere off in the future..isn't that the case with anything? Based on principle I have them returning the gun as is and I am $150 in shipping and their "fee for the quote". Funny, while on hold the infomercial described the Citori as the "Workhorse" of the Browning line - and further that it is typically said it "wears in..not out". The owners are there most of the time and are more than fair with policy and pricing. Everybody is sold out of 9mm. Not Rob's they don't , markup their prices during the pandemic and will limit ammo if you're hording and reselling , in order to have ammo for customers. They run a business like you would want the ideal business to be ran. Very customer oriented. I have never had a better experience at a gun shop and will be a forever customer. No need to go anywhere else while robs guns exists.

Extremely poor service. I brought my bike in for a tune-up under my plan and they suggested I get…read morea new chain, which was fine. I picked the bike up and withing 25 miles the rear tire shredded on one side. I returned to the shop and was told this was just normal "wear and tear" and had nothing to do with the tune-up. I asked if an examination of the tires was nto something done in a tune-up, and they promptly told me that they have no way of knowing when a tire will shred or become unusable. The shredding was considered "a coincidence". I equate this to taking my car into the shop and know they will look at all the vital parts (tires included) and make recommendations on them. They seem to know what the remaining life span of a tire is I ended up having to buy a new tire and tube, which they would not even give me a discounted price on. They also mentioned that the tune-up plan I had purchased should have never been sold with the bike (not sure what that was all about...). I have been to many of the other bike shops in town and they are knowledgeable and thorough. These folks seem to be in it just for the money. Don't go here unless you really are in a bind. Go to a place where they know what they are talking about.
