We have had other companies give us estimates for the work, and nobody came close to the professionalism & thoroughness that our consultant (Brandon) showed. He was very honest up front, letting us know in advance the amount of work that would be required (and WHY) to give us what we want. The materials aren't cheap, and were by far the best that were presented to us. We got to see exactly what the room would look like with a visual rendering, and what would need to be done to our foundation to be able to withstand the room being installed. Yes, it was pricey, but after seeing what the alternatives in my area are/were, we decided to pull the trigger. Installation was completed well within the estimated lead time they gave us despite our town being notorious for the amount of time it takes to issue building permits. Our call was returned immediately and Paul Craig, owner of the company, provided exceptional detail about the various products and their benefits / drawbacks. We scheduled a site visit; Paul showed up right on time with samples and guided us through the various applications. We selected the VueSafe product. Paul indicated a 2-week lead time... but as Hurricane Sandy approached Paul contacted us on Saturday morning to let us know they had accelerated production and an installer would be on-site that day. The installer, Ed, was prompt, courteous and diligent throughout the installation process. We couldn't be happier. The product is up and already we feel more secure. We selected the electric controlled roll shutter product. From our initial contact with Steve through frequent contact with the project foreman and wonderful installers, the project couldn't have gone better. The local showroom displays all the products to view, and the custom installation looks great. The shutters also seem to be excellent quality. Before the order was sent to the factory, the installers came out to review it to make sure of any special challenges or material that would be required. After installation, which they worked around our schedules, they were careful to explain proper use and maintenance as well. It is obvious that this company takes great pride in their business, and realize that customer service and recommendations mean everything. We are very pleased, and look forward to the shutter protection during storm season.

I want to rip everything out they did, it looks SO terrible. They said they were going to re-mortar our walkway and deal with moving the water away from the house. They said it was simple and gave no details as to the massive scope of this project, did not mention digging up 40 feet of yard, all my gardens and killing my perennials, and the ugly black corrugated very visible drainage pipes that don't match my white downspouts that were to be installed. When I called the owner, he even admitted and apologized that he in no way covered the ugliness of the mess he was going to install or the scope of the project. I have a beautiful old house in South Dartmouth. They put plastic corrugated piping (so unprofessional looking, absolutely awful eyesore) attached to the down spouts of the house, snaking across gardens and bluestone walkway. They put 14-16 inch white spout sticking straight out of our yard right in my line of vision from my kitchen window. They don't know what they are doing, the water still pour like a stream down my walkway when it rains. They left the construction site a mess. They did not complete the project. I had to call them and tell them I wanted to rip it all out it was so unsightly. They dug up my flowerbeds (no mention of this in consult) to lay 6-8 inch diameter unsightly black corrugated plastic piping which killed my plants and is sticking out of my garden beds in the most unsightly manner, like a black industrial appearing Loch Ness Monster sprawled over my garden beds and blue stone walkway. I am extremely unhappy with how they made my historic property look plastic and marred its beauty. I still plan to rip it all out and get a real professional (which they said they were) to re-do this MESS. Also, they repaired my bluestone walkway, but did not level it properly so water pools in front of my entrance door. I also asked to make sure the mortar would match the existing mortar in areas not being removed. The assured me it would. The new mortar is white and does not match at sticks out like a poorly patched walkway. I cannot begin to say enough about what a terrible job they did!!
