Rick and his crew arrived almost 3 hours late to our appointment. Around 2-30-3 when they were…read moresupposed to be at my house at 12. They cut a tree down for me and grinded the trunk which was fine. The second tree one of the trunk that was leaning was supposed to be cut and the rest of the tree cleaned up. Because it was already getting dark they only cleaned up the second tree and didn't cut the trunk that we had agree to be remove. I tried calling him to come back and told him that I wasn't satisfied. He ignored my request and was not going to do anything about it. I don't trust him!
